Nice and comfortable house for a stay with children, a little out of the city center. We enjoyed the Mediterranean sun by the pool and air conditioning in the bedrooms & the living room.

There was just one air condition at the living room.
The bed rooms are without air condition, that was the reason why sleeping at night wasn’t possible.
So the holiday was almost perfect. But a holiday without sleeping is no perfect holiday.

Very poor contact with the host from the word go. He only answered when I messaged again to ask him if he had got the previous message & then did not often answer the question. Villa was not adequate for 10/12 guests & was tired & needed repair in some places. 7 sunbeds & 8 mattresses. Not enough mugs. Washing machine in poolside room did not work. Was supposedly given the key to a garage cupboard by the cleaner where there was another we could use but she accidently went off with the wrong bunch of keys ( causing a lot of worry as we thought the key was lost) & then she came back on check out day to say she had it all along. So 10 days spent without doing any washing. Overhead shower in master bedroom was not connected so we had 10 days of a hand held shower. Host said this is what was expected. No toilets in ensuite bathrooms!!! ( sadly I missed a previous review which mentioned this or I would not have booked) Only 2 toilets upstairs for 5 bedrooms.Shower in another guest room flooded into bathroom & bedroom, despite putting towels down on the second time.No change in towels after 1 week without an extra charge. Villa was booked for a special 60th birthday celebration & was very expensive but our experience was definitely not special. There were good points:-Aircon in all rooms which worked well. Pool was heated & cleaned by pool man during stay ( we had to clean the surface every day though due to debris from trees) Nice lounge & outside area. Beds were comfy
