Located in Lakewood, this attractive house for $780 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This is a beautiful designer furnished home, perfect for two families. Brand new hot tub 2022, Newly remodeled kitchen, family room, and TV room 2018. The main house has a large family room with television, and connected den with additional T.V. and gaming system. There is a patio with grill off of the family room, and an optional hot tub. The sofa in the den pulls out to a double bed. Two Full size washers and dryers. First floor powder room, and beautiful kitchen with seating for 16. Downstairs bedroom and bath with handicap railings in the bathroom. Upstairs, master bedroom with king bed, lake view, T.V., and private bath with tub and shower. Additional full bath with shower. Large second bedroom with twin beds and a trundle bed under each. T.V. and lovely view. Third bedroom has double bed. With separate entrance, but also attached, there is a separate apartment with a full size laundry room, beautiful family room with balcony and lake view, kitchen, bedroom with two twin beds and two trundles and queen size futon, and an additional bedroom with two twin beds. The large bedroom has a private bath with tub and shower. There is an additional full bathroom. T.V. with game system in the family room. Small table for two, and outside on the balcony a separate table for four. There is a toy room in the entrance foyer, with play kitchen, train set, and several toys. Only renters who will treat this with the same respect as their own home need apply. Executive owned. This is a luxury house, that has been completely redone. Please note one week minimum during prime summer weeks unless you are seeking a last minute rental and there is availability. Many beautiful antiques from our years of being expats in China. There are two kayaks available for renters, and a large dock suitable for multiple boats or jet skis. There is a community access (seldom used) adjacent to the property that provides additional lakefront yard space. It was a quick 2 night visit. The house accomondated our large group easily. the layout provided so much space and made sleeping a quiet situation even with our large group. The outdoor space was especially appreciated and probided plenty of seating. We experienced a water break in the neighborhood that cut off all our water for 1/2 a day. The property manager responded quickly to our texts and kept us informed. Our host was also was responsive to our concerns regarding the impact this event had on our stay. Great location, great home, along with an easy check-in & check-out process.

Our large family had the best weekend at Laura's place. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our group. The location of the house is perfect - situated right on the water, but a close walk to playground - ball field and short drive to Wegman's, Walmart etc. Laura was a fabulous host and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We will be back!

This house was perfect for our bachelor weekend with a large group. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone to not feel crammed. Communication with owner/house manager made preparing for the trip simple. Both very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Backyard was awesome with plenty of space for yard games, fire pit with chairs, dock for our boats, grill and hot tub! House is a very short drive from grocery, gas, restaurants, etc. We loved this house and would recommend to anyone with a large group

This is a great property for large family groups. With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and double laundry this house is well above other rentals. It is spacious, updated and well appointed with comfy beds and a great lake view with hot tub.

My group of adult hockey players had an amazing stay. Laura and Gloria both provided great informaiton. Gloria came to make sure the hot tub was in good working order and a pleasure to chat with. Laura provided great information about her lovely home. It can easily sleep 15 and that's not couting a few couches as well. The one upstairs area has a full living area, full bath and small kitchen with a king bed and another with a queen, twin and trundle It was a nice area to get away if you wanted to. The other room tucked in by garage is amazing. Queen bed, bathroom and quiet. It also has a balcony. The main living area and bedrooms are amazing. Huge kitchen with everything you need. The lawn area next to the house was great for lawn games. The patio and fire pit was amazing. We spent a lot of time outside because the weather was amazing, but even inside there is so much room to spreadout and even watch TV with 10+ people. Plenty of room to be social or have some quiet time. Convenient to Wegmans and Aldi's supermarkets, mall, restaurants, ice cream, gas stations, Southern Tier Brewery, etc. So close. And the view is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone loved it and we will be back next year!!

We returned to celebrate Thanksgiving as a family again, since our first time had been so lovely. Laura and the house did not disappoint. We had everything we needed, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company.

There were 15 of us. Our stay was Wonderful! The accommodations were great! We fished, also used our Boat to go tubing. Near Grocery Stores and Shopping. We all had a Fun time!

This home is nicely updated and well stocked. Our three families loved it. The location is terrific: right on the water, but also on a quiet street with a larger side yard for activities. Our kids loved the dock and the kayaks. It was great being able to tie up a boat overnight. Also, this could be the best house in the region for a game of hide and go seek.

Perfect house for large families and multiple families
The house was perfect for a Thanksgiving gathering. The expansive layout meant we could gather as a family, but everyone still had their own space to retreat to for quiet moments. The YWCA (and playground) was an easy walk down the road, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/utensils, and Gloria was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend!

The house works well for very large families or gatherings. It is like 2 separate houses that are connected together. There is a large kitchen which worked well for preparing family meals during the week. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and clean. The dock outside was sturdy and comfortable to be on with the small children.
I was disappointed when we walked up to the house to see that the grass wasn’t mowed, and the porches weren’t swept off. When we walked into the house everything appeared clean but at closer inspection it was really just surface clean. (I am VERY fussy about cleanliness) We also had some maintenance issues but the owners were able to resolve the issues, almost immediately.
On the whole we enjoyed the house, location and working with the owners very much. I would rent the house again.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. The house is very large and beautiful. Plenty of room for our big family reunion. We had to stay inside the majority of the stay because of bad weather and we’re so happy we rented this house because of the space. The two sides of the house were very convenient allowing the kids to have space away from the adults. Owner of the home was great with communication as well as the house manager. Although nothing was needed to attend to while we stayed. We can’t wait to stay here again!!
