Located in Bermuda Dunes, this charming house for $250 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Step through the door and leave your troubles and hectic life behind. The first thing you will see upon entering the house is views to the beautiful 64 foot pool! The living room has a pool table by the fireplace, a lounge area perfect for an evening cocktail, and 2 sets of French doors opening to the pool. The open floor-plan leads to the gourmet kitchen and great room, which has a 65” high def, flat screen TV, leather sofas, and the dining table. The private master bedroom is on one end of the house and has a eurotop California king size bed, a large walk in closet with custom wood cabinetry, a 55” high def, flat screen TV, and a large bathroom with his and hers sinks, a shower, and a separate bathtub. French doors open from the master to the covered patio by the pool. The additional 4 bedrooms are on the opposite wing of the house. Two of the bedrooms have queen size, eurotop beds, flat screen TV’s, and private bathrooms. The remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and have twin and twin extra long eurotop beds. The 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bath home has 10’ ceilings throughout and is conveniently situated in La Quinta by Fred Waring and Jefferson Streets. It is just minutes from the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, PGA West, Old Town La Quinta, and all the amenities the Coachella Valley has to offer. Other amenities: * Custom salt water, pebble tech pool and spa * Waterfall * 4 flat screen, high def TV’s with cable and Netflix * Surround sound in the great room * All sheets are 100% cotton and minimum 400 thread count * All pillows and comforters are down alternative, for those with allergies * The large back yard and front courtyard are fully gated and enclosed * Pool table * Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer ***As of July 15, 2020, the Mayor and City Council of La Quinta have issued an executive order imposing hefty fines when short term renters exceed noise limits and amplify noise outdoors. This order is imposed during the Covid-19 epidemic, which is causing residents to work from home and children to be schooled at home. We adhere to these rules and require renters to comply as well.

Great house! The pictures don’t do it justice, much bigger than they show. We really loved the kitchen, it was spacious and so well equipped. Having the 5 bedrooms was perfect for us when our children and their families visited us. Everyone really enjoyed the pool. We found the location worked well for us and all we wanted to do. Working with Susan and Carlos was easy and they responded quickly to our inquiries . We will definitely stay here again.

Great house in a good location.

We wanted to be close to the BDCC and the location worked well for us. The house is nice sized and in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed for two months and had our kids and grandkids come for a week. We all enjoyed the hot tub, nice sized pool and pool table. Susan is great to work with, checked in with us and was very responsive. Would definately stay here again!

We have never had an owner as great as Susan. She was proactive and checked in with us to make sure everything was as expected; one small issue emerged and she addressed it right away. Property was exactly as advertised, spacious and well equipped. Our positive experience started before the rental when she gave us some ideas that also saved us money while increasing our enjoyment. We have rented around the world, typically with great results, but Susan, her home and her team are the best of all!

Finally something positive in 2020. The house is great, it was large enough for my immediate family. The grandkids were able to do their online schooling in one area of the house, while the rest of the family could still go about their business. We stayed a month, and all we needed was our clothes and food. The house was very well stocked. The backyard is fantastic. We were in the pool everyday, and by the time we left the grandkids were swimming like fish. If you like to walk, there is a nice walking path behind the house. There are numerous markets within a few miles of the house. Susan responded very quickly to any questions we had. We will be back!

We loved the place. It could have been cleaner, flies on window sills and dusty base boards. Hard to get cold water out of kitchen tap. Wifi could be better. Pool and outside area a dream, house is huge and gorgeous.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! Have such a spacious open layout was perfect for our family. Loved having everything on one level. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal. Highlight of course was the pool....we pretty much lived in it! Susan was wonderful to work with. A couple of maintenance issues were dealt with very quickly. Carlos was super nice and helpful. Was so nice to enjoy the beautiful weather with our family at this awesome home! Thanks Susan for sharing it with others!

This home exceeded our expectations. We had lots of family there for a big Christmas outside of Scotland for the first time ever and this house could not have been more perfect. The house was clean and bug free( v important for us). There was everything we or any renters could need and all of a great quality. The pool bbq and whole outdoor area was amazing. The sun goes away quickly which in the warmer months would be a bonus. I was a little concerned about the location when I first booked but it is a superb spot in the desert close to everything and accessible to the 10 freeway if you are traveling outside the desert. One major disappointment about this property is that I probably will never manage to get the whole family together in one place again so won’t be able to enjoy it again. Thanks again to Susan

We stayed at this home in April and it exceeded our expectations. We come to La Quinta almost every year, and this home was one of the best, if not THE best. The home is open and spacious, all the furnishings are new, and it is very well taken care of. We spent most of the time by the large pool, and by the end of our stay I had to drag my wife home! The owner and manager were very easy to deal with. There was a notebook with instructions for various controls as well as suggestions for local eateries. We particularly enjoyed Jackalope Ranch, about 4 minutes drive from the house. We'll be back!
