Located in Ocean City, this charming condo for $250 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Enjoy everything Ocean City, NJ has to offer while relaxing in this recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment. The master bedroom has been completely redone in shades of blue, white, and tan, with a new bedroom set including a queen bed headboard and frame, two nightstands, and a high dresser. The breeze from three large windows can gently cool the room, or use the air conditioner or ceiling fan to control the temperature. The second bedroom has gray walls with golden yellow and white accents. Two twin beds and a dresser are the main furnishings, and this room is also cooled by two large windows, an air conditioner, and ceiling fan. A spacious living room with a comfortable seating area is home to the 42" flat screen TV. The fully equipped, modern kitchen with new granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances makes cooking a pleasure rather than a task, although a selection of take-out menus is conveniently handy. Off the kitchen, the sunroom offers additional living space with plenty of natural light. Start your day here with a cup of tea or coffee. Later in the day, use the room to set up a card table for games or puzzles if you need a break from the boardwalk and want to spend a quiet evening at home. A washer and dryer are in the large closet behind the sliding doors. A pleasing overall nautical décor creates the perfect foundation for your beach and bay vacation. Park your car and walk or bike to your favorite destinations. For your convenience, we have included in your rental four beach tags, two beach chairs, and a beach cart to carry your belongings. An outdoor shower provides a perfect ending to your beach and bay experience. Just bring a towel and some sunscreen and you're good to go!

This was just delightful!. A lovely location, above a bookstore and below NO ONE!! Very clean, super easy check in, walk to everything including the beach and boardwalk; we loved it. Near restaurants, lots of interesting stuff in the unit to do-(games, toys, enough supplies to keep up going ) Really really loved it and would stay again in a minute!!

This was my first visit to Ocean City. What a perfect fit for me, my son and 2 grandsons ( ages 6 & 9). New, modern, clean and a great location.
Access is above the Bookateria bookstore. The side entrance has a steep, narrow stairway. It's on a busy street corner but the traffic sounds are minimal at night. It's an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Beach tags are available to use during your stay, chairs, wagon and toys. There's plenty of room, a fully stocked kitchen and board games too. Beds are comfortable and appreciated having a washer and dryer available.
The grocery store is about 4 blocks away, also an easy walk. Plenty to see, eat and do for all ages.
I highly recommend this apartment.

The place was clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed and the location was excellent! The owner was great and check in was easy! The bathroom is a little small, but adequate, and the shower was great! Easy walk to most places we wanted to go. We'd happily stay here again! Thank you so much!!

We had a wonderful trip! Great hosts. It was our first time visiting ocean city. The apartment was perfect, I visited with my husband and 20 month old. It was safe enough for him. Short walk to the board walk and plenty to do!

The property was exactly as expected and as pictured, clean, updated and very comfortable. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 3 to relax in the morning or after the beach. The updated kitchen was perfect for meal prep.
The location is key for shopping and dining on Asbury, so many gems in the neighborhood. Sunrise for breakfast, Yianni's for amazing Mediterranean food, Chatterbox for salads, and of course Bennies for Italian. The only challenge was parking as there is no designated spot for the rental, you have to drive a round Wesley or Ocean to find a spot in front of a home without a meter, hard to do on a busy Saturday with most people are checking in and out. Once you find a space you don't want to use your car for fear of loosing your spot, luckily the area has what you need so you don't need your car.

Perfect for families
This property seemed built for our little family! Having a separate space for my kids to play off the kitchen (I guess it’s the dining room) but it was the perfect playroom. The kids (4 and 7) walking in and dropped their toy backpacks right in there to claim the space.
We walked multiple times a day to the beach and boardwalk and it was a nice walk. The owners provided a beach cart that was a life changer for us! We had a wagon that was not ready for the sand so being able to use the cart was perfect.
We will definitely be looking to book this property again in the future. Thanks Deb!

Perfect stay in the heart of OC
Deb’s property is perfect for those who want to enjoy the best of Ocean City. Located in the perfect place to walk to the beach/boardwalk or restaurants in town but a short drive to everything else OC has to offer.

Clean, Super Responsive, and Very Accommodating

Great location and super clean
This was the perfect apartment for our visit with family at the shore. It was so easy to walk to restaurants, boardwalk and grocery store. It was incredibly clean and had everything you need. The owner was easy to communicate with and she was very helpful. Parking was on the street but we had no problems finding a spot. It’s also surprisingly quiet even though it’s right on the street. The living area was very spacious and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after our 4 mile walk on the boardwalk. Thank you for sharing your relaxing and comfortable home with us.

We had a great weekend getaway at this adorable condo. It was very clean, well stocked and so convenient to everything. We enjoyed the beach, the bay, eating and shopping all within walking distance. Deb, the owner, was very responsive and helpful during our whole experience. Highly recommend!

We had a change in vacation plans at the last minute and were lucky enough to rent this place.
This apartment is tastefully decorated and very clean. The owners go the extra mile to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. Including a little gift bucket with items you may need for the week. The location is perfect. As everything is in walking distance. We parked and did not have to move the car during our stay. If you get the chance to rent this place, do so!

Clean and spacious rental locates within prime downtown activities!
We definitely hope we able to rebooking this property for future OCNJ visits! Super clean, well organized! Communications were smooth. Although there’s not a designated parking spot - it was plenty of open street parkings right by the rental. Walk in distance to everything definitely a fun and healthy plus!

Second time also a charm
Our second stay in this place, and just as good as the first time. Clean, spacious, and free Johnson's Popcorn! They provide 4 beach tags, and even some beach chairs, as well as kids toys in the apartment. Very reasonable rental rates too.

perfect Ocean City stay!
This property was perfect for the needs of my small family. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well stocked with board games and books. The location in proximity to the boardwalk and to all our favorite restaurants and shops (Ocean City Coffee Company!) was amazing. Located over a bookstore owned by the same owners, it was nice and quiet late at night and early in the morning - perfect for our young children. We could not have been happier and are already booked to return to this same rental next year!
