This was the third Christmas and New Years we spent in Park City with our family of seven and the house was perfect. Ski in/out and it’s close enough to downtown if you want to get out for the evening. The house offers plenty of space and has everything you need to be at home. The managers were easy to contact and very helpful…they even assisted with last-minute Christmas presents.

This was our second time staying at this house and we had a fantastic time. Easy access to the Canyons for skiing/snowboarding and excellent amenities for apre ski - hot tub, pool table, multiple fire places. The property management group is amazing. I highly recommend it!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family ski vacation. The home has tons of space for everyone to spread out. The basement is incredible and the perfect place to hang out. Ski in/out is easy. And the heated steps to the hot tub and up to the ski run is a game changer!

Dutch draw was a fantastic property for a large family group for the holidays. Newly remodeled house was spacious, clean and high end. The property manager was even better and made sure the entire stay was perfect. Very close to everything you’d want at canyons, short drive or shuttle to park city proper. Couldn’t recommend it more!

For the 2nd Summer in a row, this house rocked it! The Property Manger was outstanding, she made several large upgrades to the house and had it standing tall for our arrival. I would recommend her and this property to anyone wanting a first class experience in Park City.

Family Reunion
This home is amazing. The kitchen has everything you may need and more. The downstairs play-family room room is large with a pool table w/ pingpong top, large game table, toys for the little ones, large TV over the fireplace, & comfortable seating. It also has a large, beautiful & quiet living room & smaller family room right off the kitchen. Also a very comfortable patio complete dining & conversation areas with fire pit & hot tub which we all enjoyed.
The house was wonderful for our four families, ages ranging from 3 yr to grandparents to come together to reconnect & have a thoroughly great time.
Rebecca, our host, was just as wonderful & amazing. We had a couple small issues & she was there almost instantly to correct. She was the BEST, plus really nice.

If I could double the 5 star review for this property, I would! The property was perfection, but the service we received from Rebecca was the real standout here. Having a direct text for communication made it so easy. We will definitely be staying here and renting with Rebecca again!

Perfect ski house
This was our second time staying at this house. The house is such a beautiful space for a family or group. The property manager, Rebecca, is so helpful and always available. We stayed for skiing, but talked about coming back to enjoy all that summer offers too. Thanks for a great stay!!!

As an owner of a rental property in Vermont, the house exceeded our expectations… Rebecca the Property Manager was very accessible and kept in close contact with us… she even helped connect us with a private chef that catered to all three families that stayed. The home theatre was a huge hit with the kids as was the pool table/ping ping table… the kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use and operate. All the bedrooms were well appointed as was the common areas especially the great room where we all congregated nightly for cocktails and stunning sunset views. I have a feeling we’ll be back here next year.

Guys Ski Getaway
My friends and I had an amazing time staying at the Dutch Draw Estate in Park City, Utah. The house is amazing with plenty of places for groups to gather and socialize. The kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal. Our resident chef prepared some amazing pancakes each morning before we hit the slopes. The hot tub was perfect so soaking tired limbs after a hard day out on the slopes. After dinner we headed to the basement to watch movies in the theater and play pool and poker. The quality of the house was surpassed only by the quality of the host. Rebecca was great from start to finish. She provided us with lots of information ahead of our trip for ski rentals and restaurant ideas and was always accessible to answer questions. I would highly recommend this house for a large group of friends or an extended family getaway.

This house was amazing. We had 3 families and there was ample space for all of us. The property manager was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay.

Great holiday trip
This home is very well equipped! Rebecca was very responsive before, during and after our stay. The layout of this home worked great for the 15 of us. The bedrooms are situated so you really can’t here anyone who is an early riser. We had wild turkeys and 6 deer pass right outside the cabin. We have been coming to Park city for 14 years at Thanksgiving and the Canyons are by far the best location. Would definitely recommend this home.

We had a great 2 month stay at this amazing Canyons home. Great location, great house, great property manager! We absolutely would book again. This house was extremely comfortable and very well outfitted and had the best internet of any homes i have rented in Park City.

A perfect ski vacation
I can’t say enough positive things about this beautiful home!! It was spacious, well appointed, well-designed, and had everything we could possibly need. The movie theater and pool/ping pong table provided apres-ski entertainment for the kids. The ski in/ski out conditions were great. Rebecca was such an attentive property manager and responded to every request and question within minutes. We hope to be back!

Our Family Ski Trip 2020
From the minute we walked in the house, everything was perfect. The house was one of the most well-stocked homes we have had and it was great as we cooked all our evening meals there. We did our grocery delivery and that was a life saver. The team for this house was excellent - when we texted with a question, right away they responded. We all agreed that it was could not have been any better. We had 10 family members and the kids could come and go for skiing or just playing in the snow. Thank you for our most memorable trip!!!!!!

We visited with my family of four. The house is very conveniently located near the Canyons. The property manager was always very easy to reach and helpful with whatever need or concern we had. The house was clean and nice. We had a really great time. I would highly recommend it to anybody.

Rooms were very large :) Location was great and close to Canyons Village.The manger was always available. They even sent someone to shovel of driveway and porch when it snowed.

Simply Amazing !
We had the best trip and all 13 of us didn’t want to leave this beautiful home. It was minutes to the lodge, easy ski in ski out. Rebecca was unbelievable! She was helpful and responsive. This house couldn’t have been more perfect. We will be back! Thank you Rebecca!

Amazing property and service!
Perfect property for our ski trip with the full family. The house is the nicest rental property I have ever seen! No shortcuts anywhere. Usually rental properties are stripped down in the basics. Not the case here. High quality towels, lots of extra toilet paper, garbage bags, pots/pans, coffee, spices, etc. Made it sooo nice to just enjoy the vacation!

Beautiful home!
The home was exquisite! The property manager was attentive, answering all of our questions and needs quickly. She also provided an excellent welcome packet in advance that helped us make all of our reservations before our arrival.
We enjoyed all of the home's amenities, from the movie theater to the hot tub.
