We arrived on Saturday and left Monday am. Walked to the beach for brunch at Urth then walked the beach exploring. Had Joe’s pizza and enjoyed the area. Very comfy 1 bed condo Had no problems with anything. Great spot to stay!

The apartment was exactly as described. Any need was anticipated. We especially enjoyed laundry facilities. Cute neighborhood Communication was ongoing. We loved the location. We were able to walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops and the beach.

My husband and I stayed at Devon’s one bedroom, one bath spot for 10 days and it was just right for us. Devon has packed everything one could want into this little get away which is super close to Main Street. The bed was comfy, the closet had ample hangers, the AC unit was lovely, the stacked washer/dryer unit in the bathroom came in handy, the tiny kitchen area had everything even a two burner cooktop, dishes, pans, silverware, glasses, cups, coffee pot, etc. This is a small but mighty place to stay and we would love to stay here again. Devon is a delight to work with, very helpful and kind.

This very well located and equipped apartment made for a very enjoyable 2 day/night stay that made it easy to explore Santa Monica and Venice by foot. It was also a short drive to other greater LA attractions. Devon was a great communicator prior to and during our visit. Thanks!

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in Devon’s well equipped and efficient apartment. Located in a pretty Garden District a few blocks inland, we walked to Main Street shops and restaurants. A short car ride to the Pier, Venice Beach and other Santa Monica shopping districts and attractions. Reasonably priced, clean and quiet. Highly recommended.

We loved this rental. Amazing location, quick walk to the beach and nearby restaurants both in Venice Beach and Santa Monica. The rental is super clean, and the bed was very comfy. I was a little worried about it not having AC (we’re from Texas, where that’s not feasible), but it was totally fine. Ceiling fans and cool night temps kept it very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Los Angeles.

If I'm being critical, the photos of the property don't do it justice and the location is understated. This was perfect! A lovely bolthole for your short stay and the location in Santa Monica is absolutely perfect. Finally found the part of LA that really is worth coming back to. ❤️

Easy to find in a great location Quiet neighbourhood. Clean flat with fabulous shower and full laundry facilities. All you need. ( lots of leaflets and info however a paper map would’ve been helpful. We walked straight into Venice Beach which was initially a shock to the system 😂. Wondered where the hell we’d come!! Soon got used to it though. Everything easy to get to on foot. Thank you for your hospitality

I stayed three nights, it is close enough to walk to Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier. Stopped at a great little breakfast place on the way to Venice called Venice Flake, great food and coffee. The cottage is comfortable and has all you need. Devin is responsive and helpful. It was cuter than the pictures.

I was so pleased with this location. So quiet and peaceful in the middle of the city. Easy access to everything LA. Parking was plentiful. The bed was comfortable and the place was really well stocked for flying travelers, which I appreciated very much!

Devon’s place was lovely, accurately described in thee listing. The location was perfect, very walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the beautiful landscaping too! Perfect place for two.

This was our first time staying in VRBO basement apt attached to the homeowners. It was wonderful! Easy access, did not have to bother the owner or his family. The apt was clean, had everything we needed and did not hear homeowners above us nor the couple renting the apt next door to our unit. The street parking was easy and did not have any issues - we walked everywhere - the Santa Monica Beach, Venice Beach and Main street for meals and drinks. It was an experience to stay in an old historic neighborhood - will stay again for sure!
