We enjoyed our stay at Amelia South. The condo was clean and convenient. We most enjoyed being right on the beach and on the first floor. We would stay here again if our travels ever bring us back to AI.

Located on first floor, which was great for us. Pool and beach just steps away. Hear the ocean and see the waves it is so close. Everything we needed, even beach chairs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped! Highly recommend this unit!

Perfect location to see, hear, and enjoy the ocean waves. First floor was marvelous! We four are seniors ages 77 to 80. Easy access to do a lovely neach walk!

Absolutely GREAT location on first floor and just off the pool and beach access gate. Quiet stay, and very comfortable as it had everything we needed. Host was 100% accurate in listing and on the ball throughout to make sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of parking. Would absolutely stay again!

It was a VERY nice property with the best amenities! The property has 2 bedrooms with a queen size in the master and 2 doubles in the 2nd bedroom. The doubles were a little tight for teenagers to share, but if your children are younger this could be a perfect property for you!!

Very nice property! This unit was perfect for our family, located on 1st floor for easy carrying items like luggage and grocery’s and 3 young children. Nice flow through out unit and well stocked. Grass area and pool was located right outside our well hidden private porch which seats about 8 people. Owners supplied plenty of outdoor games for both adults and kids. Also to mention beach access is through pool gate. We couldn’t have been any closer to all that’s offered than this unit. This was our first booking, we were very lucky to get this unit. Will definitely be booking this unit again. Thank you for making our stay a great and enjoyable experience! Terri😁

Owners were very accessible and helpful. Only disappointment was there was no heads up that neighboring units were under refurbishment and as a result the pool area was closed.

Everything was amazing but we had a rude awakening from very loud construction going on right outside of our door on Wednesday morning. I’m not sure how long the construction is going on for but it was not fun to wake up to:/ The place is beautiful though! Thank you!

This was a very nice clean condo right on the beach close to shopping and near many restaurants. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had as soon as we text them! I look forward to staying here again!

This property had it all! It was perfect for our girls weekend. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped! Beds were comfortable. The hosts have out a lot into this property and it was well appreciated. The location was great. Such a cute small town! Great shopping and eats. The host was so hospitable. We loved it. This one will stay in my pocket to rent again!

This site has everything g we were looking for in a beach rental. Being g o ground floor made it so easy to load and unload all our stuff. The pool and beach are right out the back door. The furnishings are great and the kitchen was well stocked.
