For both our family and our furry kids, this was the PERFECT location for our vacation. Instead of worrying about walking to the beach and bringing everything with you, it was just 50 feet outside of our door all day every day. This property is private, quiet, serene and the water access was the best part by far. The 2nd floor balcony also provided awesome views of the beach and water and the entire place was extrememly comfortable and worked perfect for our needs. Great value compared to many other beachfront homes on 30a

We loved our time here! It was great walking directly out to the beach, and we also loved watching the waves from the deck when the weather hasn't great. House was great and had plenty of room for our group of 7 adults, 2 babies, and a dog. It's about a 15 minute drive to the main area of PCB, but there are other restaurants and shops much closer.
