Only steps to the grounds of the famous and newly renovated Turtle Bay Hotel on the North Shore. We are a Legal Vacation Rental. The condos are Surrounded by Two Beautifully manicured golf courses (Fazio * and the famous Palmer) and Beautiful Ocean all are just Steps away. You can enjoy RESORT living with all the comforts of home. The Famous Surf Breaks and Beaches on the North Shore are here in what is called " The 7 Mile Miracle" This has all the famous north shore surf breaks such as- Waimea Bay, Pipeline, Sunset Beach etc. A must see! . This is a Larger two-story unit that offers the privacy of NO unit above or below you. Feel the spaciousness of staying in this condo that has luxurious high ceilings with 2 FULL bedrooms (each equipped with A/C) patio doors and windows that allow fresh air and light, in addition there is an open-air loft with 2 twin size beds facing the golf course. Open the doors and windows and Enjoy the Ocean and Mountain Breeze. Be a part of the sunset as you sit on the grass in a lounge chair just feeling the vibe of Hawaii! The lanai is screened in with double opening doors (a must at night). We are a floor level entry unit, with free parking (1 private & 1 guest) just steps away. This will allow you to bring in groceries, luggage and beach supplies, etc. into the unit with ease. We are located close to the 1st of 3 pools, which is great if you plan on BBQing pool side. Security is provided 24 hours; you will feel safe and comfortable. Tennis courts, first hole & clubhouse and famous Lei Lei's Bar and Grill are just steps away. Within minutes you will be at the hotel with lots of private lagoons for surfing, snorkeling or just relaxing on the beach. Turtle Bay hotel has Roy's restaurant on the beach, The Mai Tai bar pool side where you can watch surfing and gorgeous sunsets. The North Shore is filled with a diverse of restaurants and Food trucks! Experience golfing, walking, bike riding or horseback riding along the MANY TRAILS along the beaches of famous Kawela Bay and the private beaches of Marconie's. This condo has a full and complete kitchen. Grocery stores are nearby. We have everything you need for you to enjoy yourselves and lots of tropical sunshine! Walk to the most beautiful beaches with jaw dropping Sunsets, we hope to see you soon! Aloha. Cindy **** Turtle Bay Hotel is now open. Their pool is for hotel guest only. Only one golf course is open at this time (Palmer is open, Fazio is still closed) All hotel beaches and trails are open to the public as well as visiting onsite at the hotel.

The property was as advertised -- clean and had everything we needed. The resort near/around the property is beautiful with lots to do.

Time spent was lovely until 2 nights before the end of our vacation.
My son was bitten in multiple places on his body by what we believed to be a bedbug. We were able to photograph the creature before killing it. We sent photos to the owner and to VRBO.
Response from either party was seriously lacking. We were not made aware of cleaning practices implemented before the next guest arrived. My son was traumatized and we had to find alternate sleeping arrangements.
This led to a very disappointing end to our vacation.
There has yet to be any form of remuneration by either party.
I do not plan to rent with VRBO or this owner in the future.

We had an amazing stay at the Condo for our son's graduation from UH. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room.
The condo was comfortable, well equipped and the little finishing touches made us feel at home-- right down to Christmas Trees and perfect smelling real wreath hanging in the entry way.......
Will definitely check this location first when we have to return for visits during grad school.

This townhouse style condo was great for 2 single adults looking for a quiet place on North Shore. The supply of amenities for beach use was outstanding and the kitchen was very well stocked with tools. There were ample towels for beach and bath. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Loved the location right next to Turtle Bay and easy access to all North Shore has to offer. AC units in both bedrooms. Open loft with 2 twin beds was nice for all family members to have a space, could get warm depending on the outside weather. Communication with host responsive. Access to pool was a plus!

Great location! The lanai was our favorite place to relax and enjoy the views. All of the little amenities were appreciated and very helpful (cooler, beach chairs & towels, bug spray, and so many more!) This is a great place to stay!

We had a fantastic week staying at the condo. We had plenty of space making it totally relaxing for a family of four with a 20 year old son and 16 year old daughter. It was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We took day trips and absolutely had a blast!

Very clean condo well furnished within reach of local beaches and Turtle Bay Resort. The grounds are pristine and smell of blossoms everywhere!
The condo was beautiful comfy and located near resturant as well. We loved the security of this resort. The pools the walks the sunrise and sunsets at nearby beaches.
North Shore is a must if you want Hawaiian experience rather than traffic and city life. We did drive to Lei day May 1 in Waikiki. The shows the music the whole park was such a great day. Then next day to Pearl Harbor which was so amazing. Then off next day to the Hawaii Stadium for market shopping all around the stadium. Saved bundles on souveniers!
Cindy our host was very helpful and communicated with us right away when we checked in. We appreciated the swim gear kept at condo as well as beach chairs.
We def are planning another trip probably 2 weeks!

We really enjoyed our stay! Cindy was excellent to work with and made the check in process so easy. She also had excellent instructions on how to work everything in the condo. The screened porch was really nice and she had so many things available that were useful for the beach. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Cindy ensured a warm welcome including many small touches that made us feel at home. The house was clean and full of amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the covered patio and despite several days of rain, were able to enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets.

I can only hope we are fortunate enough to return in the future. The condo was perfect for 3 generations celebrating the holidays. It was very clean with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, oils and condiments. The security team was top notch and very hospitable. We cooked on the community outdoor charcoal grills most night...just remember to supply your own coals and lighter fluid. At the beach, we were the envy of every family as the condo supplied boogie boards, snorkels, water toys, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a durable wagon to get it all down to.the beach. The owner was very kind and easy to work with.

We are a family of four, all adults, and enjoyed our stay at this turtle Bay condo unit. When we arrived we found it clean and well stocked with plenty of kitchen items, towels, beach towels, beach toys & chairs beach umbrella, snorkel items, and a sturdy cart to carry all of these things in. There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms which we appreciated because it was hot and humid during our stay. Would recommend and would stay here again.

We really loved North Shore, but had to venture a little further for better beaches for our little one (not too rocky and more protected from the waves). However, we really appreciated the variety of food trucks in the areas surrounding the community and the peacefulness of being right on the golf course.
The condo itself was perfect for my family of 6 (3 adult children and one 5 year old plus my husband and myself). We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and my youngest really appreciated having sand toys to play with. It was a bonus finding a floatation vest for her to use since she’s not a strong swimmer.
The ONLY downside, which was more of an oddity/concern since I have all daughters, was that every time we used the pool, the security guard would come through and take a photo. No explanation, just pulled out his phone and took a photo. I understand the need for security but shouldn’t there be a better way to do so than to take photos of the guests enjoying the pool? It made us feel very uncomfortable so we only used the pool twice. Which was unfortunate since it was quite hot during our stay. There’s a keypad to enter the locked pool area and signage indicates you can only bring in 6 guests per condo. At no time were there any more than that. In fact the last time it happened it was just me and my youngest daughter in the pool.

The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and we had enough space for all. If I can give one critic comment - it would be nice to have some Tupperware to store things and carry them to beach but otherwise all was perfect.

Our rental was wonderful! It had everything we needed and absolutely loved the quiet location of the north shore! We also loved all the local food trucks that are right down the street…I would want to stay at this property when we visit north shore again… it accommodates our whole family nicely!

We had an excellent visit. The key pad was troublesome and we did not manage to put it back. That was a problem. The space was excellent. Kitchen equipment too. Cindy was a very helpful host. Great location on the beautiful Northshore.

Cindy's condo is located by a quiet resort far from the bustle of Honolulu. The check-in was very smooth and there were many nice decorative touches throughout the condo. Some of the appliances are a little dated, but I particularly appreciated the beach chairs, snorkels, coolers, and other similar equipment provided.

The condo worked out great for our family with our 20-something daughters And one boyfriend. It was great to have beach towels, chairs, umbrella & coolers for our treks to the beautiful beaches of the North Shore and Windward side of the island. My only caveats are that 1) it is not three bedrooms, but two and an open loft, 2) is no central air so the loft was uncomfortably hot and 3) it was a bit small adults (for instance, the only dining table only seats 4). But for the price and convenience it was just what we needed and we had a great trip! And the security guard Dave was a font of useful Information and was very welcoming!

Get condo! Had 4 adults and a 12 and 13 year old. Pool very close, wonderful walking trails. You can walk across the golf course to get to beautiful beaches and to hide horses.
Host had great set up! We love the proximity to all north shore beaches!!! Saw lots of turtles!!! HD to say goodbye! Thanks!!!
