Basic, cheap and cheerful B&B on the top floor of a six storey mixed-use building. Host who met us spoke little English (luckily my friend was fluent in Italian!) but was enthusiastic and helpful within the language barrier limits. Room was comfortable with good air-conditioning. Breakfast is a selection of pastries left in your room, with a coffee machine in the vestibule.
Hot water would have been nice! Shower remained tepid at best.

la posizione è molto comoda,si trova parcheggio ed è fuori dalla ztl quindi pur essendo in centro non è scomodo
troppo freddo nel bagno e il condizionatore in camera non riscaldava quasi affatto, acceso per tutta la notte l ambiente è rimasto tiepido comunque quindi non confortevole. gli altri ospiti della camera affianco, durante la notte hanno fatto molto caos fino alle 3 quindi un pò complicato prendere sonno. la mattina presto facendo colazione alla macchinetta adiacente alla porta della stanza, ci hanno svegliato presto perché anch'essa molto rumorosa e attaccata al nostro muro. non era presente acqua nemmeno per bere un sorso la mattina. quindi anche in questo una colazione incompleta e molto poco soddisfacente
