This is a great property within easy walking distance of the Bentonville square. Cozy and quiet. The host was very responsive to my needs, which ultimately were caused by the Vrbo app, not the host. Would definitely stay again or recommend to friends!

This is a great little spot just two blocks off the square and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Nicely updated, clean, and well equipped. A larger bed in the primary would be nice. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is perfect for small families. It is clean, close to downtown, had a garage for bike storage as well as a small porch and fenced in back deck to enjoy the beautiful weather.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here for a weekend dad’s trip. A different friend rented the first time. The location is within walking distance to the square and riding distance to the trails. The place was very clean and updated. Would definitely recommend for a group of 3-4 people.

This was a great location to stay while spending a couple days exploring Bentonville and riding some of the local mountain bike trails. The property was clean and the check-in/checkout process was easy and straightforward. Fantastic experience overall!

My family and I loved this home. Its location was fabulous for my husband to hit up the mountain biking trails and my toddler and I had short walks to the splash pad and the art trails. The house was spacious and clean. My toddler asked to go back so she could 'twirl more.' All in all, a wonderful space.

This is a great property very close to all things downtown Bentonville. A quick walk takes you anywhere, or use as a home base to explore all the greater northwest AR areas have to offer.

Great location for dining and access to downtown mountain bike and greenway trails. Off street parking is convenient. Property is clean and the perfect size for a family of four. There is only 1 shower, but we didn’t find that to be an issue even after getting dirty on the trails for several days. Good communication from the owner made check in and check out a breeze!

Great location, the only complaint is the cleaning lady showed up when we did for checkin and was complaining about having to clean last minute. When we returned later her initial additude showed in her ability to clean properly. Otherwise we enjoyed the area and the stay.

Just off the main square, in perfect walking distance to everything downtown. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the decor was very nice! We especially appreciated the garage access to store our bicycles. The host was very responsive, and even offered to mail back my husbands wedding ring that we left by accident. We will definitely be back!

Our daughters are both in college, one in Tulsa and the other in Fayetteville. They couldn’t come home for Easter and we wanted to spend the weekend with them. Bentonville is one of our favorites places and the location of this cottage was perfect. It was a great weekend!

This was exactly what we needed for our family of four. It was really nice to have the laundry, Full kitchen, garage ,and dishwasher. The location is excellent! Brandi is a great host.

We needed a place to stay for ourselves and our niece who decided to come with us for a family wedding shower on short notice. This house was perfect - giving us just the space we needed plus it was very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for spending time on and near the square! Communication with the host was excellent too! Thank you!! We will keep in mind for future needs for sure.

We’re from Little Rock and enjoy coming up to see all of the art museums. We were so close to The Momentary and not too far from Crystal Bridges. We truly enjoyed our stay here… lots of room, comfy beds, superb location, and easy to find! Everything was very clean and the area was quiet. I definitely recommend this as a great place to stay!

Everything about the property was perfect! The location was absolutely wonderful. Very close to downtown and trails. We parked the car and ised our bikes. House super clean, excellent amenities. Would definitely stay here again

Super close to the bike trails, shops, and restaurants in Bentonville. Nice size place and easy in and out for me - as stairs are an issue. Probably one of the cleanest VRBO's we have stayed in. The master bed is super comfy!

This place is located about two blocks from downtown but isn't noisy (a big plus in B'ville because of constant construction sounds). It's not perfect but gets a lot right: good parking with possible overflow across the street; comfy beds; easy check-in (they let us come 2 hours early); very clean. The main issue I had was the lack of comfy seating. The couch is okay but the two living room chairs are the kind of furniture you would find in a staged house. The backyard furniture was a no-go. Front stoop chairs were decent but they need a table between them. Otherwise, my only other annoyance was no kitchen drawers, so all the utensils are plastic. The kitchen is adequately stocked and the washer/dryer was nice. The small garage has several mountain bikes for use.

This was an excellent home to stay in Bentonville. It is close to plenty of restaurants and shops in downtown and is convenient to Crystal Bridge, too. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

This has been our second time renting this property and both experiences have been great! It is a perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids with plenty of living space and even a small outdoor area. You can’t beat the location—we either walked or biked to all the nearby restaurants and attractions throughout the trip. Hope to be back in the future!
