非常糟糕

除了最后同意我们晚半小时退房，没有任何满意的地方。

google地图的地址都不完全正确。找了半天竟然在一家餐厅的地下室。原来这家酒店是沿着山建的，没有任何电梯，拿着大箱子要爬7-8层楼的台阶才能到马路。没有酒店前台，基本没有服务，房间散发着臭味，体验特别特别差。一晚上价格竟然要3700多泰株，性价比差到极致！

I recommend you pay more for the better stay

Staff are welcoming, helpful and responsive.

I rarely make reviews, but i feel it necessary for someone to share their experiences on them. The overall facilities and cleanliness could be better. I didn't even use wardrobe in which it smells damp (i'm not really senstivie to smells thou) - I used my own shower filters, but i swear i'd never seen any water quality this bad and unrefined until i saw what i was just showered in. - Toilet smells bad - Not soundproofed at all (the noise from the upper room kept waking me up) - Ants and some sort of bugs are everywhere in the room. I was glad that they were not roaches. I was never happy during the stay here.

Not worth the money, much better options available in the price they offering.

View from some rooms is really good

The location is too steep for walk and car to come. Neither do they proactively clean rooms or refill water bottles. Even the staff is very less, there is no way you can communicate with reception as there is no phone. For anything you need to call owner. You have to carry your own luggage on those steep steps and they do not have even 1 porter for this service.

Отличный просторный номер

Номер просторный, спальных мест много, есть кофемашина, но капсулы надо покупать в ресторане, который трудно сразу найти. Вид неплохой.

Не было инструкций как получить ключ и попасть в номер, заняло много времени. Находится высоко на горе, без машины трудновато добраться. Но по короткой дороге и налегке не так сложно это сделать.

Great view, comfortable rooms, very steep stairs to the residence

The view from the balcony was great, the rooms were big and comfortable, the beds were comfortable. The general design is great and pleasant. Nice kitchen with all the facilities, good washing machine. There are restaurants and mini-markets near-by and the beach is not far away (~15 minutes easy walk to the sea, additional 5 minutes to the beach where you are allowed to swim).

Walking to the residence is very hard and takes time, it is located on top of a hill with very steep stairs (my family is in good shape and we had to stop and rest each time we climbed) - should be taken into account when choosing it. The bathroom and toilette are not very well ventilated. If you are not a heavy sleeper - you will wake up at 5:00 since there is a close mosque with a muezzin calling every day at this hour. The hosts are not very reachable - there is no "official" reception and you have to look for them if you need something, nevertheless after reaching them they are responsive and pleasant.

I loved the balcony area. We spent every night there after drinks beautiful views and a breeze

we could found a better and cheaper placer for less money

the view

no desk staff, we arrived and we didn’t know who will be welcome us, there was only a signage in the wall with a phone number that we couldn’t ring. the lift was broken so we had to carry our 30kg luggages (we were 2 with Carey on too) down the narrow stairs. the Toilet walls were dirty, the water pressure wasn’t good in the shower, toilet sit too small moving every time we seat. was up a really deep hill no shuttle offer. looked like they could put a little bit of an effort and keep it updated and we’ll preserved.

Superb

The property is based on a hill and provides a spectacular view of the landscape. Spacious and provides all the cutlery for an apartment like setup.

There were around 100 fleets of steps that you have to climb up to reach the property. Not advisable for elderly people.

Great Value but Bike required

The accommodation was perfect , even had iron and ironing board,plenty of wardrobe space and big bed , lots of cutlery and glasses etc

The dreaded stairs , I don’t ride motorcycles so the stair climb two / three times a day was hard work

Good location for Patong party street. Pleasant rooms nothing fancy but value for money. Located on top of very steep hill not ideal for young or old people. Overall good.

Loved the room. It was clean and all amenities were there. Boo was extremely nice and helped us with settling in. Patong beach and Bangla road are quite near and can easily catch a tuktuk from the main road. But it is a bit far from the old town. Laundry and 7/11 nearby. Cutlery was provided. AC worked well too. Really well equipped room.

Getting to the Villa is a bit of a climb with many stairs and inclines since it's on a hill. But totally worth it with the view and the services.

comfy stay and good location

the view of the room is stunning, the Roman is clean n tidy . good location , only short walk to the beach and the streets . quiet place too . I like this place

just a minor thing here , there is no proper reception for the guests , it’s hard for us to locate the staff here . They need to upgrade the roof top’s furniture for the guests to hang out since this place has a beautiful view .

Need to hike a bit to go to the hotel. But overall is okay

Awesome friendly staff. Helps with any problems. It can be a bit noisy in the room with the windows open, but it's Patong so it wasn't a problem for me. You will have to climb a high ladder to ur room, evaluate your strength. I lived with a dog, there are few places for walking a dog, but you can find it. Thanks for all. Good luck.

Luxury villa for a price of a hotel room

My family and I really enjoyed our time here. It is not a typical hotel: there is no reception, but the owner contacted me before I arrived and has been exceptionaly helpful and welcoming. There was hot water in the sink and in the shower, the room did not smell like someone was smoking in it, but an ash tray was provided. The beds were very soft, bed sheets and towels were clean and of a very high quality. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking and totally worth the price: you will be staying in a luxury villa for a price of a hotel room.

Superb studio apartment at a great price

Private, quiet and a patio to watch the stunning sunrises and sunsets over Patong bay. I intended to stay for 2 nights and decided to extend for the duration of my 2 week holiday! Easy to get to nightlife and beach. Lovely hosts, couldn't be happier, highly recommended
