The Apartment looks very nice in and outside. It is lovely decorated with many nudges to the history of Italy and its famous inhabitants.
We loved the interior and it Was perfect to have 2 rooms, 3 toilets and 2 showers. Also, the garden is lovely to sit in in the evening or early mornings.
For breakfast we went to the shop across the street, which is also great for a wine in the evening.
The bus drives right next to it, within 5 minutes you can switch to a bus right into the City Center. Or walk 10 minutes and enter directly.
There is also a train going to the Main station around the corner.
Communication was always great and polite, we had no Problem at all.

It can get loud in the eveing, you can clearly hear the trains through the closed windows.
An in depth cleaning may be needed sooner than later, but all important bits were clean.

Casa molto accogliente e spaziosa, con corte interna deliziosa!
La posizione leggermente fuori mano, i taxi la sera non disponibili, e la camera che affaccia sulla strada un po’ rumorosa per via delle macchine la mattina presto

La casa es espaciosa. El jardín no lo disfrutamos debido al frío pero era agradable.
La entrega de llaves no fue la correcta. La casa y mobiliario no estaban limpios. La habitación que está situada frente a la carretera no está bien aislada y era muy ruidosa. Falta libro de instrucciones para el manejo del gas, calefacción y lavadora. El agua de la pila de la cocina se salía por el desagüe y tuvimos que poner un cubo. No hay comercios cerca. Andando al centro sin 30 minutos.
