We liked everything about this place! The hosts were very responsive and really helpful, and the accommodation was exactly what we wanted - it was clean, comfortable, and very authentically Italian (in terms of the décor, furniture, etc). A parking garage is available quite literally round the corner, and you could walk in to the main city centre sights within about 15 minutes. Both bedrooms and the living room were air conditioned (a must-have in Florence in August!) and the house and surrounding area was quiet. I would have no doubt in recommending this as a place to stop, and if I ever come back to Florence it will be the first place I look at to see if it is available.
There is nothing that we didn't like, but if I had to clutch at straws to think of something, the shower pressure could have been a little stronger (although I do accept this is very much down to personal preference)...I should note though, it was absolutely fine for the point of washing yourself!

Situado cerca de la plaza de la Libertad puedes moverte por toda la ciudad en transporte público. Además está literalmente al lado del parking público más barato, y también es subterráneo. El apartamento está en un edificio antiguo sin ascensor que le da un toque bohemio. Los vecinos muy amables. El AC funciona muy bien.
El sistema de la ducha no es muy cómodo. La TV no tiene casi canales.

Ubicado a unos 25 min del centro de Florencia a pie, pero a escasos metros hay una parada de Bus que te lleva al centro (ojo solo funciona hasta las 20h), para volver por la noche hay que volver andando. Y a unos metros también hay un aparcamiento publico bastante económico 15€/dia.
El apartamento es muy amplio con camas cómodas y todo lo necesario para la estancia.
El propietario muy atento, se puede contactar con él en cualquier momento por whatsapp y te explica todo lo que necesites.
El baño huele un poco mal a pesar de tener todo el día la ventana abierta.
