Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und angenehm ruhig gelegen. Das Zentrum erreicht man gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus, und Alberto war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Die Ausstattung ist teilweise sehr einfach und könnte an manchen Stellen modernisiert werden, vor allem im Bad. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war aber alles Nötige vorhanden.

La struttura si presenta complessivamente buona e in una posizione comoda per visitare la città. L’appartamento ha delle buone potenzialità e risulta nel complesso funzionale per un soggiorno breve.
Alcuni servizi dichiarati non erano presenti, in particolare l’asciugacapelli, la cui assenza ha creato un disagio concreto dopo la doccia. Inoltre, mancavano coperte adeguate.
I cuscini del letto (alla francese) erano estremamente sottili e scomodi, incidendo negativamente sulla qualità del riposo.
La criticità principale riguarda la caldaia, che andava frequentemente in blocco e richiedeva ogni volta un reset manuale all’esterno dell’appartamento, risultando poco pratica.
Infine, la pulizia generale era migliorabile.
