Rooms comfortable, small balcony pleasant. Apartment quiet. A couple of local eateries and a small supermarket 10 min walk. Train station into Florence central 10 min walk away.
Location was not as near to the centre as we thought, information about local trains and buses would have been useful.
On the day of arrival, we we're asked for our tourist tax to be deposited before information about getting into they apartment was released, this would have been fine but we were travelling to the apartment at the time.. more notice would have been easier and we could have transferred the money before we travelled.
On the third floor and lift was not working.

Le prix reste correct pour une ville comme Florence. L'emplacement est satisfaisant car bien desservi par les transports en commun. Le logement est relativement calme. Et n'a pas de vis à vis.
Pas mal de petits points à revoir, qui gâche hélas le tableau.
La literie est médiocre (vieux matelas à ressort). La douche exiguë plutôt exiguë...
Nous avons loué pour 5, il n'y avait que 4 chaises dans la cuisine (et la plupart sont cassées), que 4 fourchettes dans le tiroir...
Et niveau casseroles, même pas de quoi faire cuire des pâtes...
Pas mal de bricoles à réparer ou remplacer, et très peu de fourniture de première nécessité (sucre, poivre, huile d'olive, thé ...)
En corrigeant ces quelques détails, ce logement deviendra à coup sûr un bon plan à Florence.
