Nice apartment, the 2 bathrooms are very nice, clean and perfect for a city break

Good location, clean, space full

Noisy even with windows closed

7 / 10

Very good aparment, but i couldn't sleep because street noise.

The apartment is great. The owner did everything he could to offer good accommodation. Multiple and different pillows. Well-equipped apartment. Very clean and new furniture. Nothing to complain here.

The only problem was the noise. I could barely sleep in all 4 nights. I am sure it can be done more to isolate phonic the bedroom. The difference between having the window open and closed was very small. The street was incredibly loud. If you are used to sleep in a silent environment, I would definitely not recommend it. I am sure that some sealing tape on the windows would do miracles, i had the same problem at home and i fixed it .The matter was too soft for my taste.

Florence trip

Close to the centre and easy to walk. Coffee shops near you and good places to eat.

3 / 10

Freezing apartment, winter stay not suitable.

The apartment was spacious and WiFi worked well.

The apartment was absolutely freezing. We could only use the bedroom and had to keep the air con blowing hot air (which hardly heated the room) because all the apartment was so cold and had no heating facilities. After speaking with the staff they said they could help by sending a heater but they never responded after this. A lot of the positive reviews here are written for summer/spring stays but there are many negative reviews written for wintertime. This is definitely an unsuitable apartment for the colder time of year.

"The place was very airy and clean, lots of natural light. The view was amazing. The bathrooms were very clean and their showers had hot water. Loved that there were 2 washrooms. Beds were very comfort..."

Ótima localização, resposta rápida do anfitrião, tudo novinho e bem cuidado.
