Le logement est agréable mais c'est assez surprenant d'être au sous sol. Nous n'avions pas fait attention sur l'annonce mais il n'y a pas de salon ni canapé pour se reposer après une longue journée de marche dans Florence. L'emplacement est top, la literie aussi, et il est bien équipé.
Impossible de regarder la tv, celle-ci ne fait que se couper. Les joints de la douche mériteraient d'être refait (moisi) et la cabine de douche est petite

Die Lage ist für Florenz Top. 5min zu Fuß vom Parkhaus entfernt und ca. 20min bis zum Dom. Und alles außerhalb der ZTL Zone (für Anreise mit PKW wichtig)
Waschmaschine vorhanden 👍
Die generelle Sauberkeit lies Wünsche offen.. Gläser schmutzig (es fehlt eine Spülmaschine), Staub, speziell auf den schwarzen Accessoires der Wohnung.

Super gelegen, mit Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung und sehr hilfsbereitem Vermieter. Immer wieder gerne! Die Wohnung hat eine Klimaanlage im Parterre. Super zum Abkühlen im Sommer!
