A nice, spacious room with a big, soft double bed. The staff were nice, even though only the owner speaks english. Overall, there’s nothing negative about my stay
I was walking there from the Ukrainian border, and the shortest road is a country road with bumps, holes, and crushed stone. But, well, the owner of this fine establishment can’t just make the road himself, nothing we can change here

I spent a few days at Pensiunea Tavisa and I absolutely recommend it! The place is peaceful and quiet, perfect for those looking to relax and unwind. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need.
A special thank you to George, the owner – incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. His warm hospitality truly made the experience even better. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests.
I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore the area in a calm and friendly environment.
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to better promote the local area. Just a few kilometers away, there are beautiful wooden churches and monasteries that are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It would be great to have some maps, brochures, or signs at the guesthouse to highlight these nearby attractions. A small touch like this would really help guests make the most of their stay in such a culturally rich region.

Incredibly hospitable owner, and extremely spacious rooms for a great price. Very clean. Located only a few minutes from the downtown center.
There unfortunately isn't much in the way of soundproofing, so you can hear pretty much everything that's happening in the hallway. Fortunately, by the time you're heading to bed, everyone's turned in for the night so it's not a major issue.

The staff, helpful and accommodating. Mrs. Rosalia is managing the entire location taking care of everything, from checking to cooking and serving. She’s helped by ms. Andreea who is a fine lady.
Acces road is dirty and bumpy. No lighted sign to find the property by night. Plumbing is leaking and malfunctioning. Bathroom towels are old and stained. Bathroom tube light needs to be slapped to turn on. Beds are overused and linens are spotted and smelly. The restaurant is dimmed on evening and is crowded with supplies and personal items.
