I liked that it felt homely and thought had been put into small details. I loved the water pressure for the shower it was better than mine at home.
A couple more sockets would have been handy but we got used to it easily

Exceptionally clean with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Great area of the holiday park with lovely views of the castle.
Poor wifi connection, not the caravan owners fault however. Some areas of the caravan we a little tired and damaged. Hot tub buttons are worn down so difficult to get the jets and lights working correctly. Found the entrance door and little fiddly and stiff.

The caravan was very clean & spotless smelt lovely soon as we walked in it was great not having to go shop to get washing up liquid bags salt & pepper they had everything home from home made a big difference & a bottle of wine & shortbread biscuits the kids loved the games kept them entertained also the ps4 was a hit the hot tub was lovely just the right size the seating area was nice & was great that we could take our dog so thank you for letting us stay in your lovely caravan

location and lakes and hostory in that area is nice.
lack of access to entertainment unless booked early and it was super expensive (and i dont mind spending usually) plus the site wifi was managed by some third party but the lakes reception couldnt care less about asking for support and infact said there has been issues for a long time (it meant we had no 4g/5g or wifi on site....disastrous considering it was advertised as working.
