matig, slecht geslapen.

De inrichting, vormgeving van de kamer.

De rust in het hotel (veel lawaai van hard sprekende mensen in de nacht). De hardheid van de matrassen. De veel te warme dekbedden.

Beautiful panoramic view, room was nicely oriented, overall I think it needs a bit more maintenence

Location is good; looks are better than cleaniness.

Breakfast is good; I missed some variety, though. The hotel is in a very convenient location on the University campus which was my main goal to be close to it. The staff is friendly. The room was very bright and had a modern decoration, making it look quite cool to stay in.

Breakfast needs more variety. We asked for an espresso (the espresso machine was there), and the staff told us to use the coffee machine because it "was the same". Every coffee lover would disagree with that. When we arrived, our room was "clean". It looked clean at first, but we were not sure anymore after opening the minibar fridge. Some old delivery food trays and drinks were inside the fridge from previous guests. We told the receptionist, and picking up the things took over 20 minutes. The room is spacious, and the large windows make it very bright. If the windows were cleaner it would be marvelous. The beds were very uncomfortable because they were adjoined twin beds, and during the night, you have a gap in the middle; which is extremely uncomfortable for partners. The ventilation system is very loud at night. Therefore quality/price ratio for the Superior Double Room was not ok.

The staff were exceptionally polite and spoke very good English. The location is out of town but is well served by buses.

Around the campus the hotel is not signed and we got there through use of satnav.

Disappointed

the sustainability credentials - great re-use of a building

They don’t advise that they close the doors after a certain time. I arrived without a key card and buzzed the button to alert the night porter. The system didn’t work so he wasn’t aware - ( confirmed by another guest in reception) I was stood in the freezing cold for 10 mins They advertise plug in charge for car is the case. There are 2 systems one at the other side of the car park. Reception staff very friendly but unaware - nor duty manager. Could not get the room warm - even tried setting at 27 Not a big deal but one of the towels frayed with a couple of holes and stained.

Great views and staff in renovated hotel on university campus.

Interesting conversion of 1960 concrete office to modern hotel. Clever design elements (even had dish for soap-amazing how many times you have to leave little bar soap on sink) gorgeous views, nice amenities. Tasty dinner and a la carte breakfast, no need for expensive buffet if light breakfast eaters. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect if visiting university, or 15 minute bike ride to center of town.

Needed light at desk BUT we were informed that new desk lights were on order, so not a design flaw just maintenance snag. Support bar in shower would be nice.

clean and new, bed is okay. for a hotel in a university, it’s not too bad.

restaurant food was average and the service was abit slow. They had decent coffee machine but the coffee served could improve alot! It was soo watery

great location on campus, enormous room with wrap around windows, nice restaurant and bar

the room was a little cold because of high ceilings
