Nice, clean apartment with friendly hosts.

Annamaria was nice and kind all the time. She was also helpful and answered all of our questions in time. The place is clean, bright and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It was a nice stay.

In the neighborhood there was a construction so it wasn't the best wiev from the main balcony but this is not the host's fault at all. The roof terrace was enough. :)

Cosy apartment close to the center.

It’s a very cosy and minimal design apartment in a recently built house, 5-10 minutes walk from the centre. We could enter ourselves in after a late arrival, it has a garage, a well-equipped kitchen, automatic shutters, nice bathroom (we could use a shelf in the shower though :) ). Our host was friendly and available for any questions.

Exceptional

The self check in was really easy, the location was great and the apartment offered everything you needed to have while on holiday. The rooftop was a really nice bonus and the parking slot as well.

There is a washing machine on the balcony.

The amount of hot water in the shower is limited by the tank type, and with two children and two adults, not all of them can take a shower and it becomes water on the way. There was no announcement that the elevator was broken. IH cooking capacity is not suitable for cooking at Max 12 in total.

Polignano Apartment

The room itself was wonderful, a good size, and very comfortable. The hosts were helpful and and easy to contact. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The garage parking was also a huge plus.

The porch balcony we had was overlooking an industrial construction site. So it was ugly to look at, but the biggest problem was it was horribly loud and started very early in the morning so it woke up my kids on most days. This kept us from ever sitting on our porch, which was a disappointment. However, I don't know if all of the units will have this problem, maybe others are quiet with a view.

I would highly recommend this apartment. We had a really lovely stay.

The apartment is lovely and modern, with a beautiful sea view from the terrace. It is very comfortable with excellent facilities. It's location is excellent and the hosts were amazing - tremendously kind and so helpful. They also recommended places to stay and things to do, which made our stay very memorable. I would highly recommend this property.
