The room was very big and the bathroom very cozy and original. The staff was very helpful.
We had a little problem with one of the member of the staff (he forgot to give us back our passport and we realized it on the way to go to the airport) but the others were really reactive, helpful and kind.

Comfortable beds. Hot tubs in room. Hot water. Wall heater. Staff were great. Breakfast room was perfect with a great view. Location close to everything.
No sound proofing between rooms.

The staff were wonderful! Very gracious and accommodating. We asked about using their refrigerator for a few of our drinks, and a dorm-sized one appeared in our room maybe two minutes later! We really, really appreciated that. They also packed us breakfasts-to-go two days in a row. Just amazingly generous people.
Things seemed to be or get a little damp in the room! Not sure why, and not a huge deal, but we noticed it.

Friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast involved a good buffet with a city view and eggs cooked however you wanted.
Shower was a partitioned off section of the bedroom with no extractor fan meaning steam filled the bedroom. This required the window to be open which was cold and the moisture went in the bedroom. Also the main hotel door was opened by a remote doorbell, but sometimes it was not promptly attended to, meaning you had to wait on the street for up to 5-10 mins.
