Situated in Bolton Landing, this attractive condo for $199 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Located in the heart of downtown Bolton Landing NY, this clean, air-conditioned 2 bedroom vacation rental is located directly across the street from the town beach and park. Walk to restaurants, giftshops, grocery stores, deli laundromat and everything in town. Enjoy the lake, swimming, boating, water-skiing or fishing. Rent a boat or jet ski. Nearby, you'll find golfing, museums, antique shops and hiking in the high peaks of the Adirondacks. In Bolton Landing, you'll find the Adirondack Extreme Adventure Course, the area's only obstacle course and zip-line which dares you to 'find your inner monkey'. Lake George village is just a 20 minute drive and offers: The Great Escape Theme Park, mini-golf, Lake George cruises and Outlet shopping. Vermont is a scenic ferry boat ride away. Join in the activities of the AMERICADE motorcycle event in June or enjoy the beautiful colors of the fall foliage in September and October. We are just a short walk to the Sagamore Hotel, which is ideal for wedding guests. Our vacation rental furnishings are Adirondack 'LODGE', casual but comfortable and sleeps up to 4 people. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, and desk. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin bed and dresser. The living room has a full sofa as well as an over-sized chair. There is a 26' color/cable TV. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, all cooking utensils and appliances. There is a full bathroom with shower. Quoted rates are for a 'housekeeping unit' meaning that there is no daily maid service. Linens, bath and dish towels are not provided and are the responsibility of the guest. Plenty of pillows and blankets are supplied. Should you prefer to have all bed linens, bath and dish towels provided, a one time $130.00 fee will be charged. Beach towels are not provided. No towels are to be removed from the premises. There is a screened-in porch for relaxing outdoors. There is no smoking in the building or on the premises. There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles. The property is in a nice location and the owners are easily accessible and friendly. The space was comfortable and a great option for several days of getaway. This is an option I would use again in the future. The surrounding town and general area offer a peaceful retreat with many options for activities. Had a wonderful time.

Had a short but wonderful stay at this really cute, well appointed apartment in the heart of Bolton Landing. Steps from everything you would need, market restaurants, shops, hiking, with beautiful Lake George right across the street. Would book again in a minute, the apartment and area is fabulous. The pictures and description are accurate. We loved being right in town with our car safely parked off the street (provided by the hosts). We did not cook because there are so many take out options. Favorites were Bear Cup, Cate's, The Huddle, and Neuffer's Deli. Grocery store is a short walk away. We also walked (20 min) to the Pavillion/Sagamore Hotel to eat/take in the gorgeous views. $$$$ but worth it. Sagamore Parking is $20 if walking is not feasible. One note - Internet service is not great in this area which may have been a fluke due to big holiday weekend crowds, but investigate if this is a priority. We would definitely stay here again. Its a great value.

This is a great apartment perfectly located in Bolton Landing. Close to everything. Restaurants and stores abound, and the beach is across the street just down the road a bit. (You can rent pickleball paddles/ball from the chamber of commerce all day for free.) The apartment has everything you need. The air conditioners are a bit loud, but luckily my husband likes that. Nice porch for mornings/evenings. Internet worked well when we needed it. I would stay here again.

My fiancé and I had a great stay at Pat and Mike's adorable rustic apartment. It was the perfect size for us both and such a great location in town. We were able to walk to great restaurants and to the public beach. It was very hot and we appreciated the ample AC units in the apt as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location!

Once you park your car there really is no reason to use it again during your stay. Beach, shops, restaurants, everything in feet away! The property itself is rustic with old carpet in the living area. But we were not there to hang out in the room. We basically slept there and then got up for another beach day. You cannot find a better central location in the town.

We really liked the location - away from busy Lake George but still just a short drive if you want to pop down. It was a great home base for hiking in the Adirondacks. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

The home was better than the pictures! We loved that we can walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. We attended a wedding at the Sagamore which was only a couple minutes away so it was super convenient to attend the wedding festivities. Pat was also very responsive throughout our stay. She did send an email before our stay stating that there were no linens/towels which we appreciated since we totally forgot. However, I do wish she would have also given us a heads that there's no hair dryer as that's usually a basic amenity of vacation rentals. Pat did lend me her personal hair dryer for 1 day, but the other day I had to attend a wedding event with wet hair. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home!

We loved our stay in Bolton Landing. The property is perfectly located so that you don’t have to drive for your entire stay. A stones throw from the beach and directly located on Main Street for easy access to bars and restaurants. Pat and Mike were very warm and welcoming. Their property is perfect for a weekend, very clean, convenient and has all basic needs. Thanks Pat and Mike!

My husband and I along with our adult son and his fiancée stayed in Pat and Mike's lovely apartment for 3 nights. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Pat and Mike greeted us and were available if needed throughout our stay. The location is amazing! Right on Main St in the middle of all the restaurants, cafes, shops, parks and beach! We will definitively be back to stay again!!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were directly in the middle of town, which made it easy to park the car and walk everywhere we went. Bolton Landing is a great town and I would recommend staying at Pat and Mike’s place. They were great hosts.

Above the shop on the main road-Easy walk to all restaurants and shops in Bolton Landing-a much nicer town than Lake George Village. Beautiful hike nearby to gorgeous views from Cat Mountain.
