About this farm stay rental
Situated in Bolton Landing, this attractive farm stay for $307 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Updated April 22, 2024 We are pet friendly! Bring Fido. One summer week is still available. July 20 to July 27. Book now before it's gone. We are in our 20th year of renting our summer home to families for their Lake George vacations. For spring and fall, we only have 2 night mimimums unless there a holiday or special event happening in Lake George (Elvis weekend, car show, Americaide, etc), then it is a 3 night minimum. New central air conditioning just installed. BOLTON LANDING, the best part of Lake George... Picture yourself sitting on the wrap-around porch, drinking your morning coffee, watching the sunrise over the eastern lake & mountains. we offer a nice partial view of the lake. Lake George is only 6/10 of a mile down our road. The closest beach and happens to be of no charge is only 1 mile away (door to water). It's on Huddle Bay Road. Parking is free there, and there is a town dock for boats (day use only). Our house sits on 1.59 acres and has woods and a stream you can explore. There are two town beaches ($5 fee) with lifeguards, parking, grills, and picnic tables within 2 miles of the house. We have high-speed wireless Internet. 52' flat-screen Smart TV, DVD, and even a VHS with kid's movies. 32" flat-screen TV in the master bedroom. Ping pong table in the garage and volleyball net and ball are all included. About Lake George: The best lake in the USA - pure clean water to swim, water ski, boat, or just float on a raft and enjoy your day. Lake George has approximately 28,200 acres of water and approximately 44 square miles of surface area. Lake George is so clear that many residences use the lake for their drinking water. - Some of the best restaurants are right here in Bolton Landing - Boat rentals right in town. - Weekly concerts on the beach during the summer. - Bolton is a quaint town, enjoy a stroll among all the stores, walk to the water, and enjoy a carefree vacation. Six Flags Amusement Park: Less than 20 minutes away. Saratoga Race Track: The August place to be, is less than a1/2 hr drive. See our reviews! We stayed at your beautiful cozy Lake George home for our Fall vacation. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The birthday signs were a welcome surprise in our arrival! We stayed at the house with our family for two nights and had the most wonderful time . The house is so warm and welcoming . It was so comfortable and felt like home . Michael was very responsive and accommodating. We had our dog with us and she absolutely loved running on the great property , plenty of room for her to play “catch “. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening , and relaxing on the patio . The only regret we have is that we were unable to stay longer ! Excellent location and close to “downtown “ Bolton landing . Wouk’s definitely like to return !

We were so impressed with every aspect of our stay. This home offered a variety of amenities (fully loaded kitchen, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, etc) to make our stay comfortable. Not only did we find all we needed inside, but outside also included offerings (rocking chairs, fire pit, wraparound porch, deck, etc.) that exceeded our expectations. This property was a perfect “find”for our family as we attended a nearby wedding. Communication with the manager was always prompt and courteous.

If your looking for cozy, tranquil, serene, relaxing, best kept secret of bolton landing then look no further. We loooove this home! Waking up each morning to drink my coffee on the deck while listening to the running water behind the property alone did it for me. This place is a gem! Everything is sooo close by and all accommodations and check in process was so smooth. Hands down best vacation ever. My husband and puppy had a blast! What I even loved is they have a germ/allergy air filter which is sooo good for me! That was a sweet surprise. The amount of games on the property you will never get bored. We will definitely be back! Thank you Michael for being so responsive and attentive.

After many trips to Lake George over the last 25 years, this is the first time we stayed in Bolton and we couldn't have picked a better house to rent. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, centrally located on the Lake and very quiet and private. Just wanted to thank Mike again for renting the house to us and give this property 5 stars!

A cozy, dog-friendly house in a great location just minutes away from Bolton Landing’s shops and restaurants. Pinnacle Trail is within walking distance and the views from the top are worth the hike. Mike is very responsive to any questions or concerns.

This is the best Lake George base for a family or group of friends. The house has old world charm and is thoughtfully decorated with a huge yard and patio. The kids had fun with the games in the garage while the parents could sit on the porch all day. We had a relaxing time here while also enjoying Bolton, the beaches and Great Escape. We would definitely come back again !

The listing and photos were very accurate. Great home, very comfortable and terrific outside space with wrap around porch, large patio and lots of lawn space for games. We were able to bring our two dogs which was a huge plus! The ping pong table in the garage was also a wonderful bonus. Our family loved Bolton Landing and all it had to offer. The location was very convenient as driving only took a few minutes to get to town or beach. Thank you for sharing your house with our family, we would love to stay again.

We loved staying here. Plenty of room for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids). The room AC units helped our kids have a more comfortable stay in the upstairs rooms.
Be sure to note that linens and towels are NOT included. Not knocking this place. Just stating since some people read reviews as part of the booking process. We got some at the target about 20 minutes away.
The property is well kept and the owner, Mike, is easy to deal with. Enjoy staying here! We will return to this property if we decided to make the journey from Atlanta to Bolton Landing again.

This was an absolutely wonderful, peaceful, relaxing 6 days close to family and friends. Plenty of space for our group and especially enjoyed just sitting on the porch in between family functions watching the wildlife walk by: chipmunks, wild Turkey, deer, bald eagles. We look forward to a return trip!

What a wonderful vacation rental this is! We were looking for a place that could accommodate four adults, two children and our two golden retrievers and this property was ideal. It was very comfortable for the whole family. We loved the hospitality and homey touches provided by the owner. The size of the yard was great and we really enjoyed the wrap around porch, patio and fire pit. The kids loved the hammock and ping pong table. The location near Huddle Bay was just what we were looking for and we made great use of the small beach and dock near by for swimming, fishing, and launching our kayaks. I grew up vacationing in Bolton Landing every summer and it was awesome that my parents and I could share all we love about the area with our children/grandchildren. We had such a fun and memorable week!

Very cozy property a little off the lake which was to our liking. Lots of room for your pet to roam around the yard and access (albeit a bit of an adventurous one) to a great stream on the property. Mike was very accommodating with changes we needed to make to the booking. All very simple and smooth. The house is close to the Pinnacle lookout trail and other less commercial features of the area, We enjoyed our stay.

Mikes property is exactly what we were looking for, a cozy comfortable space for our family to gather together. The house was adorable, clean, well stocked and comfortable. The outside porch and fire pit got plenty of use, as well as the well organized and stocked kitchen for cooking family meals. We had a wonderful weekend!!

The Belanger camp is without a doubt a home away from home. One of the neighbors referred to it as "a doll house". The home is located seconds from the Town of Bolton Landing and not far from the Town of Lake George, which made it so convenient.
The welcome, peaceful, pleasant feeling is felt throughout the home, starting with stepping up on the wrap around porch and seeing the bench swing, then opening the front door and seeing the decor and personal touches, this all welcomes you with open arms.
We loved the horse shoe pits, ping pong table, and the fire pit, we used for somore's and warmth as we gaze at the abundance of stars while relaxing in the Adirondack chairs.
I enjoyed early morning coffees sitting on the wrap around porch with the mountain view, watching the haze burn off the lake, listening to the stream close by and hearing the birds sing. The sun would come up reminding us to visit one of the many close by beaches were we swam and kayaked.
The amenities were wonderful, two full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, washer and dryer, WiFi, cable television, DVD/VHS player. These all made life with three teens a breeze after all the daytime and evening adventures.
There is a banner on the porch that says it all "Life Is Good". On our way home the kids said "when can we go back?" with me having the same thought meant, we will be back.
