Las habitaciones limpias y cómodas, el personal muy atento
Las habitaciones no contaban con aire acondicionado. El agua de la ducha no calentaba, nos tuvimos que bañar con agua helada. En el desayuno la reposición fue muy lenta. La piscina no estaba temperada según lo que indica el anuncio.
Al pagar el alojamiento, en recepción no reconocieron el valor que nos entregó la aplicación booking, nos estaban cobrando un valor más alto, por lo cual tuvimos que negociar por un buen rato el precio llegando a un acuerdo que no fue el mismo de booking.
