About this condo rental
Nestled in Avon, this charming condo for $199 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. In the heart of Vail Valley, this 4.5-star property features a 22,000 square foot Health Club, Spa Anjali, Stoke and Rye Restaurant, Heated Outdoor Saline 25-meter Pool with 3 Infinity Jacuzzis, Mini Market, Lobby Bar, Business Center and much more. There’s even a Starbuck’s onsite. In the main building on the 2nd floor, our studio suite has a cozy fireplace, comfy king size bed, full size sofa sleeper, oversized bathroom with a separate tub and shower, and a kitchenette complete with everything you’ll need, including a coffee maker, pots, pans, and dishes. All rooms at the Westin Riverfront are individually owned. We manage our unit ourselves, allowing us to offer you savings of 25% to 50% off the nightly rental rate and you have access to all the hotel amenities. The Westin charges all guests two nightly fees. The resort fee is $60 and the parking, either valet or self-park is $45. There is also a onetime booking fee of $75. Since these fees are paid directly to the Westin they are not included in our charges. During the Ski season prepare to be pampered. Pick up your skis & warm boots from the ski valet, walk out the door and board the Riverfront Express Gondola for direct access to Beaver Creek Ski Resort. Upon your return, hand your skis and boots to the ski valet and your gear will be stored overnight and ready to go in the morning. Then head inside to enjoy live music, free hot chocolate, and cookies. If you need to rent ski/snowboarding equipment there’s a rental shop in the hotel. During Summer, enjoy kayaking, mountain biking, rafting, paddle boarding, golf, and fly fishing on the Eagle River, as well as bike riding along the Westin's riverbanks, which run for miles in both directions. Biking & fishing equipment is available at the onsite rental shop. No car, no problem, set up a ride from the airport with Colorado Mountain Express to the doorsteps of the Westin. The resort has a free shuttle that runs daily to Vail and BC Village. *Business License # 00353 ** We manage another studio suite at this amazing resort! This was an amazing property with the most friendly staff! The owner of this unit was very responsive, so friendly and great to work with. We traveled with our dogs and it was in a perfect location on the 2nd floor and close to the elevator. It had enough space for my husband and I to be comfortable with the dogs for 5 nights. I’d highly recommend staying here to anyone and would definitely book it again!

We always enjoy these suites at the westin. Bery dog friendly and easy access to outside. Cannot beat the westin hym and bat arae. We come tegularly!

We LOVED staying at the Westin! The room was clean and the perfect size and even had extra blankets we used to cover the bed and couch (for the dogs). It was very dog friendly and we could hang out with our dogs in the lobby bar and walk them on the trail behind the Westin. The host was very helpful and accommodating with helping us move our booking date last minute also (due to last minute funeral). Thank you for everything!

The room and hotel were great. The room is a great, cozy space perfect for two and our dog. Fantastic work out area, pool and lounge/restaurant in the lobby. Very close to trails and the location is central to many surrounding towns. Only complaint is that the listing did not disclose additional hotel parking fees and nightly fees until after we booked and all fees should be disclosed up front.

The room is tiny and run down. The hotel itself is beautiful. We thought we would have a small efficiency kitchen but it was literally a corner with a counter, mini fridge… We didn’t know that we couldn’t get fresh towels or maid service. This room is literally a small standard hotel room and nothing more. It is in need of work. There is no balcony or even a small place to step outside for fresh air. You are better off renting a hotel room directly from the hotel. Especially if you are a Marriott Bonvoy member. They said they would match the price. At least you can get services.
We were traveling with a few friends who also rented through the same platform. Their units were much larger with a terrace, a separate kitchen area with a foyer, a dishwasher and many more amenities and space. I would definitely skip this one.

First time taking the kids to the mountains so we chose the Westin, where we've stayed before, and it did not disappoint. Like any of these studios the sleeping arrangement is tight, but fine for sleeping after a day of hard skiing.

This place was as advertised. Host was super responsive. Check-in was smooth. The ski vallet was super convenient and the gondola was right outside of the ski vallet which made getting on and off the mountain a breeze. There was plenty of space, the room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed access to the restaurants and facilities of the hotel. The lobby was buzzing and perfect for apres ski or an after dinner drink. The live music was a great touch. Parking was a breeze. Completely hassle free. I would definitely return.

Went to beaver creek for a family ski trip. Booked this property for the location. Liked the hotel over all. They have great ski valet, shuttle service and gondola for convenience to the mountain.
We were disappointed that the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Called the host and she sent the handyman to fix. There is rust on the handle to the shower door which probably could use replacing. Very comfortable bed! Liked the little kitchen.
We didn’t realize until after we booked that they are “extra” fees that the hotel charges on top of the fees that VRBO charges. That is very disappointing. I shouldn’t have to pay more money on top of already paying for the property. I feel like this needs to be included when booking so there is no surprise charges.

This unit at the Westin was just a perfect spot for a quick getaway with my husband. The fireplace, wet bar, couch space, large bathroom were great. And of course it’s hard to beat the Westin- great location to hop on the gondola to ski/board. The pool area, gym, spa- it’s all top notch. We will be back!

We were pleasantly surprised with the property within the Westin. The hotel amenities were awesome and our studio was great. Loved the fireplace. Location was perfect for getting the bus up the mountain. Very appreciative to be able to bring our dog as well.

After all the fees and extras it costs the same to just book through the westin - i thought i would be saving money - after all was said and done it cost more to book with VRBO then just going direct to westin - not sure if this is true all year round but it is true for Now.

We had a great getaway with booking this VRBO. The room was as advertised. I would say the big kicker is the parking situation. You can either pay $45 for valet or $35 to self park. There are no free options for parking. Overall, we had a great stay and looking forward to returning.

We were up from Denver for our sons' bike race in Eagle. The hotel sits at the base of the mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed the space. All you need was in the room...a mini fridge, 2 burner cooktop. Dishes and utensils. The pool and gym in this hotel is truly spectacular. Nights were spent at the outdoor firepits. The bed as well as the pull-out bed were extremely comfortable. I would have to say the best part was being able to bring our two small dogs! We had a terrific dinner at Vin48. A really great weekend, a really great spot to stay, Thanks for hosting us!!

Was a perfect trip. Treated out pet as he was a little guest. Staff was amazing. Our daughter loved walking by the front desk because they always spoke to her and not just the adults. Excellent spot for walking pets and was able to enjoy time with pets and family. Would recommend to anyone. Definitely planning a second trip here.

We had an incredible stay over 4th of July weekend. Diana was wonderful and great with communication. The unit was spotless, the bed was one of the most comfortable I had ever slept in, and the service at the Westin is second to none. Easy to get to, walkable and right on the River. Even transportation to beaver creek village and vail village! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip up to Beaver Creek. Thank you for everything Diana!

The front desk didn't recognize the place as a private residence and gave us a very hard time, telling us we couldn't have our cat, which had been approved by the owner. After a two day drive, we were pretty wound up about that. Finally, a manager cleared it up. Regarding the unit, it is exactly as advertised. Don't expect a view, it' s only a peek-a-boo of the mountains. The windows look over the valet check in. But, frankly, that's priced in. Everything is well appointed, and the amenities of the hotel are great. Pool, spa, exercise, little grocery store, restaurant, bar...and the free shuttle to Beaver Creek and to Vail is terrific. We were very comfortable during our ten day stay. Kudos to the owners for handling a mixup re: the TV service quickly and to our satisfaction. You can walk to several restaurants in Avon and to music in the park at Nottingham Park. We loved it.
