Cape Cod style home w/ Hot Tub! Waterview! Tennis Court! Near Roche Harbor!! A beautifully styled home constructed with great detail. (Westcott Bay Vista) Westcott Bay Vista (formerly known as Bellevue Farm Cottage) is a beautiful Cape Cod style home constructed with great detail. This 2600+ square foot home is located atop a gentle hill, providing a spectacular view of Westcott Bay from almost every room. The tennis and basketball court are short walk down the hill off the North side of the home. This exclusive community of similar style homes on spacious properties is a short mile into Roche Harbor Resort and all its amenities. Guests can also enjoy a short 3/4 mile walk to the famous Westcott Bay Oyster Farm for fresh shellfish and snacks. Enjoy the water view setting from the living and dining rooms and kitchen of this beautiful island home. The comfortably furnished living room has a beautiful stone surround wood burning fireplace and in-home stereo system. The dining table offers seating for 8 along with breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a private library/entertainment room that can be closed off with pocket doors for Apple TV/DVD/VHS watching. Wireless internet connection available if you really must. Three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary suite is furnished with a Queen size bed with water views and has an adjoining primary bath with dual sinks and shower. The junior suite is also furnished with a queen size bed with water views and has an adjoining, private bathroom. The third bedroom offers water views and is furnished with a Queen size bed. There is an additional sleeping space upstairs furnished with 1 Queen sized bed and 1 Twin bed. Barbecue outside and enjoy the true southwest exposure maximizing all day sunlight. Watch the eagles, herons, and deer - and enjoy the large grassy yard, hot tub, and large wrap around deck. The hot tub is professionally serviced on a weekly basis. No Water Access This home has Air Conditioning. *Firewood Provided* This house has good cell phone reception. Please be advised, hot tub/yard maintenance may occur during your stay. Pets are not allowed at this property. The internet / Wi-fi at this house should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing. The home was perfect for 3 couples due to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple. The view was beautiful and the home was decorated nicely as well as being very clean. We’ve rented numerous homes over the years and this was the nicest and most accommodating of all. My only suggestion would be to replace the Mr. Coffee maker with a newer model because it took aver 20 minutes to brew a pot of coffee. I highly recommend this home for your vacation experience.The property management company was great to work with.

This is a great house…. Sort of reminds me of the Hampton. The view is fantastic and it’s peaceful and quiet. My only complaint would be that they need to have new linens and comforters and pillows. For this type of more upscale house my wife and I felt they should spend some money on that.. But other than that it’s wonderful.

Close to Roche Harbor Resort, the property was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. It had great water views. Three full baths was a plus.We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and setting. 1 1/2 mile walk to Roche Harbor. Community Tennis court and Basketball hoop close by. Some areas need a little extra cleaning…. Showers, shower curtain, sink drains, dishes… but overall clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Management Company very helpful and communicative. Would stay here again.

We love the house and have rented it several times and hope to do so again.There are several maintenance items that need attention: The door handle to the deck pulls off. The toilet for the left bedroom facing the bay runs constantly. The dishwasher is not cleaning well.

The house is very comfortable for nine people and has a well equipped kitchen. Views from the deck are outstanding and hot tub was wonderful in the cool evenings. There was a table on the spacious deck, but only 5 chairs, it would have been nice to have enough chairs for everyone to enjoy the deck.

Gorgeous views from every window...spacious accommodations and a well-stocked kitchen. We had a minor maintenance issue, which was handled very promptly. Management company communicated with us throughout the stay (including an island-wide power outage!!) We enjoyed the proximity to Roche Harbor and the trail system just across the main road (this was a surprise treat for the runners in our group!). Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had high expectations of the property from the photos, and we were not disappointed. It was clean and well maintained on the inside. Everything inside pales in comparison to the outside though - the views, the hot tub, the patio to socialize, and the tennis/basketball court next door were just amazing.

Westcott Bay Vista was fantastic. We went away as a family of 5 plus 2 grandparents and found the house to be absolutely perfect. Great living spaces in the house and the hot tub, grill, and outdoor eating spaces were great, especially combined with the incredible views. Location was perfect - quiet, a nice walking distance from Roche Harbor, and a quick drive to Friday Harbor. Would absolutely recommend this as a great place to stay.

The property is beautiful and was perfect in every way for us and our family of eight. All was perfect until we used the oven -- and smoked out the house (it wasn't clean). Other than that, the house was immaculate, spacious, and with a view to soak up every minute we were there. We love it!!

We loved our stay at Westcott Bay Vista. The setting is stunning and the home is spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location is ideal for exploring the island both on foot and by car. We enjoyed the walking trail to Roche Harbor, the hike from our doorstep along Westcott Bay to English Camp, and the short drive to visit Krystal Acres Alpaca Farm and Lime Kiln State Park. The wildlife visitors were an added bonus - deer, geese and a red fox all strolled through the grounds during our stay. We highly recommend Westcott Bay Vista and hope to have the opportunity to visit again!
