Located in Westbrook, this lovely house for $850 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Seven house kayaks are waiting for you to take them down to our dock on the Presumpscot river. Visit Portland then relax around the firepit. Enjoy the huge, flat lawn, with lawn games, a propane grill, fire pit, and picnic tables. Walk to town to visit the Mast Landing brewery, the backroom at Profinos , other restaurants and the riverwalk. Riverside Golf course is minutes away. A mix of king/queen/full, twin/bunk beds, plenty of showers and baths, a family room with a big TV. Dogs on approval. No checkout duties. Fifteen minute drive to Portland. Seven minutes to the turnpike so you can get everywhere: Airport, coastal Maine. Short drive to Sebago lakes region. Three bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The first floor has a full kitchen, a half-bath, a family room with large TV and couches and a large bedroom. The first floor addition has two bunk beds, a full bed, two twin beds, a half-bath and two showers. The house is located at the end of a private way, a two acre, secluded property with path to the private dock (and boats) on the Presumpscot river, a clean river for swimming, boating, and fishing. . The Westbrook River Walk along the Presumpscot River is a remarkable transformation from the city's industrial roots. It follows the river from waterfalls that once served the city's early mill history to quiet water, linking ballfields and the park.

Property was exactly as advertised, property owner was responsive and left very clear details/instructions on amenities and procedures about the house. Not too far from the city, and walking distance to a great brewery. Overall, very comfortable house and would love to stay again!

I stayed at the house with a large group of friends and we had a fantastic experience. The house has plenty of beds and a large backyard with a grill, cornhole, and kayaks to use in the nearby river. The host was also very responsive. Highly recommend.

Beautiful yard right on the river. We enjoyed playing games outside and having a bonfire at night. Would definitely recommend to other big groups looking for a stay near Portland.

Couldn’t be happier, wonderful house with heaps of space to play lawn games and sit around the fire pit. the kayaks are awesome and really let you experience the river to the next level! Would highly recommend!
