Das Apartment ist nicht besonders groß, aber für Übernachtung ausreichend, mit Waschmaschine und kleiner Pantryküche. Etwa 200 m von Meer entfernt. Für reine Übernachtungen sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben dort eine der besten Bäckerei Kalabrien entdeckt, siehe Fotos. Wir waren dort sehr zufrieden.

Very nice, very helpful host. When we asked for assistance with the kitchen appliances at breakfast time, he came to fix the problem bringing freshly brewed coffee.
During our stay he inquired through text messages whether we need anything.
We were there out of season, so it was peaceful and quiet. The beach is very close, a short walk through a small park.
A wonderful restaurant on the ground floor of the same building.
The equipment was somewhat outdated. Not very spacious.

The host is extremely nice and understanding, the place is close to the beach and there is a restaurant right downstairs, which is nice, if that's what you're looking for. The air conditioning is also a great addition, since it can get pretty warm in the summer. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything, so there's no need to stress about bringing too much stuff with you. The balcony is very big and and easily accessible. Also, dogs are allowed free of cost!
The restaurant downstairs does bring a lot of problems, though. If you're a light sleeper, then this place isn't for you. The music at night is very loud, and it doesn't stop until 3-4 in the morning. Also, if you're sensitive to smells, then you won't like the fact that the whole place will smell like fried food from the restaurant. There were also many problems with the apartment we stayed in. The towels were dirty, the fridge did not work at all, which caused our food to spoil within a few hours. There was no warm water and the WiFi connection is very unstable. Beds were super uncomfortable, too.
