View amazing. Just extraordinary. World class.
Terrace extraordinary. So pretty.
Room big and tidy. Good quality mattress and similarly good quality linen.
Helpful staff on front desk.
Super quiet of a nighttime, so excellent quality sleep.
Very close to major hiking trails. Couldn’t be more straightforward to access.
No tea and coffee facilities in your room. Seems a missed opportunity.
No towels provided. I’m a pretty seasoned traveller. Be it Africa, Asia, North America, South America, Australia or NZ this is new for me. I appreciate it may happen in hostels but I’ve never had to rent a towel in hotels of this calibre before. Plus it was a very scratchy, poor quality towel. And no bath mat or hand towel offered. Bathroom floor can be quite slippery. Why not just provide your customers with towels etc.?
Zero comms on the Booking.com platform. I reached out prior to my stay to check out luggage storage and inquire about how best to get the accommodation from town and never heard back. Radio silence.
It is a little way out of town, on the edge. 10, maybe 12 minutes walk from bus station. A bit of a schlep from the bus drop off point. 1.2 km from bus stop. A fair gradient in the last 300 metres.
Food in restaurant is okay. Breakfast is very generous, great for hikers. Had dinner there twice. Trout not great but the chicken was really nice. Had to pay extra for mustard. Again, travelled the world and never had to pay for condiments before. Seems a tad mean.
I think mainly Polish guests stay. English seemed very limited. That said, everyone polite and respectful.

Troche ciasno z parkingiem duzo ludzi nie korzystających z hotelu zostawia auta i ciasno z miejscem dla gości trzeba poczekać na prawidłowe miejsce

Schronisko już bardziej w hotelowym standardzie ale jeszcze zachowujące charakter schroniskowy (np można dostać wrzątek w kuchni)
Niesamowity widok na Trzy Korony, bezpośrednie wyjście na szlak prosto do wąwozu Sobczańskiego. Warunki w schronisku bardzo dobre, miły personel.
