Santiago Guesthouse is the perfect place to stay in Naha. The staff are very helpful, the common area is a beautiful traditional Japanese style loungeroom. The capsules / beds are perfect, I personally love these style beds as they're really spacious, dark and have the little table for phone and belongings. The location is perfect, the area is quiet and everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

The cubicle bed was larger than I thought, very comfortable and quiet. The common space was well maintained and the bathroom was very clean. Located walking distance from two monorail stations and a range of izikaya restaurants of various levels. Super market down the road.
Lockers not included. You have to leave a deposit to use the locker which is returned but only in cash which is an issue if your flight is before the reception opens

- Air conditioning worked perfectly
- all receptionists were really nice and helpful
- showers are really big and have good pressure
- Bedroom F3 is cheaper because you have to walk up some small stairs
- located in Naha centre which is great if you have to sort out some stuff at the town hall or like to walk down the main shopping street "kakusai dori" which is full of touristy things
All in all we would come back since it suits our budget and people were nice :)
- water pressure at the bathroom sinks were too low
- kitchen is quite small.. The fridge is definitely to tiny to share
- We couldn't store our luggage at our arrival "due to lack of space" which was a bit inconvenient

I was here also in November last year. The toilet door is still not repaired.
Way too many lights need to have the bulb changed.
There is still some rubbish outside that I also saw there back in 2024.
There is only one, 1, teaspoon in the kitchen.
The standard is going down every time I visit.
