The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and all the main sights we wanted to see.
A minor complaint, but the air conditioning wasn't very effective, not a major problem in September, but could be an issue for guests during the height of summer.

Central location and big apartment
No coffee machine, no shower gel, the beds were quite uncomfortable and very very noisy. Not able to do the check in a little bit early, they say it’s possible but on the arrival day they told us the room will not be ready until 3PM.

Excellent location. Hosts were great. With the windows closed it shut out the noise completely. And the shutters kept the rooms really dark.
The single bed wasn't very comfortable. And the layout of the rooms weren't very convenient. One bedroom was off the other and no real sitting room. The lift was tiny and you had to walk up stairs to get to it.

Central location.
The sofa bed n the second bedroom was super uncomfortable, the mattress was sliding down all the time and definitely it is not for a tall person, too short.
