I loved everything. I finished alot of travel and wanted to relax - and this place helped me do that. I didn’t have to leave because I had food on site and tours organised through them. The restaurant was AMAZING ! I was actually quite shocked at how yum the restaurant was. I really enjoyed all of the staffs energy ! Wilfredo and Richard were amazing but all staff were great. Very thankful we found this place.
Nothing at all. I actually couldn’t fault the stay. I think if you wanted to explore puerto Maldonado it could be a bit of a trek but I had everything I needed here.

Lovely hotel with clean rooms and felt there was nothing else of a similar standard in this remote area.
Food was of a high quality- especially the evening meals and Richard who worked in the restaurant was lovely and very friendly.
Great to have a pool.
Hotel tour to Sandoval Lake was very well run and worth paying for over the tour we then booked via GetYourGuide.
Very few loungers around the pool which all needed to be replaced but that was the only fault we could find.

The hotel is simply stunning surrounded by dense vegetation. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food and cocktails were excellent. It has been an amazing experience for us. We will recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Puerto Maldonado!
