Situated in Grace Bay, this charming condo for $575 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Enhanced cleaning and safety measures are currently being implemented at this property. This property is being cleaned with disinfectant? **************************************************************************************************** Our Suite is directly on the famous Grace Bay Beach. The balcony looks directly at the beach and the sunsets, with an unrestricted view. We are on the top floor and the balcony has a pergola above. There, one can sunbathe in private if preferred. We have regular patio chairs, two swivel rockers and a lounge chair for your comfort. The table sits four in comfort for outside dining. Our Suite is on the third ( TOP) floor which is two levels above ground. The building has spacious, comfortable open-air stairs. ******************************************************************* This luxurious, privately owned condo, is available directly from the owner. It is centrally located on twelve magnificent miles of world famous Grace Bay Beach, a protected National Marine Park, and was rated the # 1 beach in the world by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine. The Captain's Suite is considered one of the best in this new and elegant beachfront resort. It is on the top floor of the only beachfront building . The top floor has extra high ceilings giving a bright and spacious atmosphere. The view from our balcony is spectacular. The Suite is a large end unit, with a wrap around balcony, offering spectacular views of the pristine, white beach and turquoise waters beyond. This luxurious condominium offers over 1000 square feet of elegant living space, featuring a spacious living area with 12 foot sliding glass doors directly overlooking the beach. The over-sized wrap around balcony faces west for viewing the ocean, beach, and tropical sunsets. The master bedroom is bright and airy with it's signature Caribbean louvered shutters. The Captain's Suite also features a fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar, automatic ice maker, and many small appliances. Kitchen supplies, spices and condiments, crystal stemware are all included. This suite comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home including luxurious linens and towels. The Suite is a private residence that is rented directly from the owner, Our Suite is updated, equipped and supplied. It is not an ordinary hotel room. It has many features not found in other suites, including extra high ceilings. The Captain's Suite accommodates up to four people in comfort, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a comfortable queen-size sofa-bed in the living room. Words cannot express how much we enjoyed this vacation. It is truly the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen. This condo is in an ideal location right on the beach and close to the Pelican Bay restaurant. Also, within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The staff on the resort are warm and kind. The condo has everything you need for a very comfortable stay that feels like home away from home. It was so nice to ease into our mornings by having coffee on the balcony and making our own breakfasts and lunches. We ate out for most of our dinners and what a treat!! Every restaurant was remarkable. Will is very kind and is well organized and makes renting very easy. He also provides a lot of information about the condo and surrounding restaurants and activities. He even goes the extra mile and checks on you via email to make sure you arrived safely and everything is in order. Hazlin keeps everything super clean and also comes in midweek to make sure all is going well. She is a sweetheart and we loved talking with her. Overall, we had the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years and what a beautiful place to be. We hope to return in the future. Thank you, Will, for sharing your condo with us!!

While this was our 3rd trip to Turks, this was our first time in Grace Bay. The Captains Suite at Royal West Indies was the perfect introduction to Grace Bay and sets a high standard for future trips. The beach front location and sunset views are understated if anything. The 1 BR unit and the exceptional service that MS Hazel provided was world class. We have been fortunate to live around the world and travel the globe - and this villa is our new Standard for future trips.

The Captain's Suite is a beautiful condo on Grace Bay. The view was breathtaking from every angle on the balcony. Everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay is provided. The resort is beautiful and clean. The beach crew were had the umbrellas and chairs set up by 7:30am every day - much earlier than most other resorts.
The onsite restaurant was very good and reasonably priced compared to other restaurants in the area.
The Captain's Suite at the Royal West Indies is the place to stay and I look forward to returning. Thanks Will!!!

The Captain’s suite is exquisite. The view from the third floor was breathtaking. A completely unobstructed view of the most beautiful beach in the world along with the sunsets. The ocean water was so warm and the clearest around. Paradise found. Thank you Will for letting us stay at the Captain’s Suite. Hazlin was wonderful as well. We’ll be back!

Good communication prior to stay, we loved our stay here with the amazing view and very well stocked kitchen. Was nice to have the view every night and morning, well worth the steps up to the 3rd floor. One minor issue with shower but Hazlin very quickly had someone from maintenance up to get it workable for the duration of our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again, RWI is a lovely resort and this is the best stretch of beach!

This condo was everything we had hoped for and more! The third floor end location was ideal for feeling the island breeze on the wonderful balcony that has a patio set and umbrella. We sat and enjoyed the view from the balcony more than we went to the beach chairs I think. We loved getting the ocean view and the ocean breeze without the sand. It was also nice to have the beach set up and towels provided and we did take full advantage of that pristine water. The kitchen has anything you could need. The entire condo is well appointed, in fact, and very clean. The instructions left for the tv were a tremendous help and we thought it was awesome to watch our Texas news in Turks during a storm. The bathroom was clean and had a wonderful shower head that was kind to a sun burn.
It’s an absolute gem of a condo and Will made the process of checking in seamless.
The resort is also amazing. We barely left because we enjoyed the drinks, especially during happy hour, and the food at the resort restaurant, Pelican Bay. We loved talking to Berth, the best bartender! We walked to everything even though we had rented a car. The grocery store, souvenir shops, ice cream shops and restaurants are about a 15-20 minute walk. Hazlin, the property manager was so sweet. We can’t think of a thing we would have changed about the condo , resort or location!’ It was an amazing trip. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent it and we look forward to doing so again!!!

We stayed for 5 nights. The suite was clean and comfortable. The ocean view was beautiful off the balcony. Grace bay beach is beautiful. The Royal West Indies resort is very pretty and low key. We had a plumbing issue that the property manager resolved promptly.

Location and view are terrific, in unit on 3rd floor of Royal West Indies resort, with balcony overlooking Grace Bay. Access to resort amenities, including pools and use of beach towels and Hobie Cat at no charge a clear plus. Grace Bay is magnificent. We had a rental car, and was easy to park and access the unit. Unit was nice, but a bit dark and masculine looking for my wife's taste who was expecting something a bit brighter and sea shore like. My adult daughter slept on the sofa and did not think it was the most comfortable, but certainly adequate.

We had a wonderful time at the Captain’s Suite! If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful boutique-style resort then RWI is your spot. If you are looking for a condo right on the water that gives you almost complete privacy then Captain’s Suite is your home away from home. This amazing condo is teamed up with a 5-star responsive owner. When you book you will get detailed info from the owner. Read over it before your trip and save email to a file that you can access while you are there (just in case). Could go into more detail but let me just say: all the 5-star reviews are spot on. Cannot wait to return!

Horrible experience!! To start , we were never given the condo number . Had to ask several people for location help. From the broken refrigerator and loosing close to 200.00 worth of food to being locked out because of a malfunctioning digital lock. Serious problems and owner didnt help at all.

This was our first time to Turks and Caicos and after reserving and cancelling 2 different reservations elsewhere, we found this place. As others have mentioned, the view is spectacular! We ate breakfast on the balcony everyday and the bed was soo comfortable we slept better there than we had in months.
We used the bikes from the resort but they have seen better days. But they worked for us to go to the store and back. We stocked up and ate lunch on the beach every day.

Fast star amazing balcony views. Clean and pleasant! Bed was amazingly comfortable! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Nothing could have been done to make this stay more wonderful! The condo really is just steps from the beach. The fresh flowers were a wonderful touch!

Perfect spot!
Everything was just wonderful! The suite was very clean and well equipped. The balcony was our favorite spot, where we had both morning coffee and sunset drinks – the view was amazing! We enjoyed staying on Grace Bay, but also being out of the hubbub of the more populated resorts. It was quiet and peaceful, but we could walk or take a short drive to anything we needed. And Hazlin is the sweetest – she checked on us a couple times during our short stay! Thank you!

Spent the week at Captain's Suite recently. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Will was super informative and prepared us well. Hazelin was very kind and checked in on us. RWI is located on the Grace Bay and everyone there was so kind and helpful. Definitely hope to return someday!

We had a great stay at the Captain's Suite. View is amazing, the beach is off the charts, accommodations are great, and communication with Will was awesome. We had everything we needed, though keep in mind that the nearby grocery store is quite pricey. Bring a hat, lots of sunscreen, and sunglasses!!!
