We would never coming back to this property.

Good location, empty beach. Close to the restaurants.

Room didn’t worth what we paid. Many amenities didn’t work and was fixed after we pointed.

If you prefer not to be in the middle of all the hoopla, this is your place. More of a private beach between west and east end of Grace Bay.

Le Vele is Grace Bay's best kept secret.

We loved everything about Le Vele. When we took a cruise and observed all the resorts from the ocean, it was clear that LeVele has the best location of all--far away from throngs of tourists, yet close enough we could walk to a nearby restaurant for cocktails if we chose. The two bedroom corner suite was perfect for our family. The deck and unobstructed views were phenomenal, allowing us to admire sunrise and sunset, and the beautiful turquoise ocean. The suite itself was well thought out, with everything our family could need. We also so appreciated the kind and accommodating staff. This hotel now tops our world favorites list.

Great quiet place. no restaurants / bars on site, but you’ll be able to sleep at night as it’ll be quiet :)

Great place! views are amazing (if you have ocean front place - totally worth the upgrade if you don’t), shower is awesome. like mentioned by others, this is a quite place. no restaurants or bars on site (which is mostly a good thing). Lots of great beach-side restaurants within a short walk on the sand. they have comfortable loungers on the beach and provide cold water. they also have a couple of pool hammocks and floaters for guests to use. they have bikes that guests can use for free - but we didn’t find biking to be particularly fun on the island - no dedicated lanes and it was very hot - but the bikes are there and free! something to try on a quiet afternoon. There’s a grocery store - Graceway- that has pretty much everything you’d find at like a Safeway or any large supermarket. it’s about a 20 min walk. prices are about 50-100% more expensive as you’d find in the US as everything is imported. We liked the food at Shay cafe - can get take out for lunch when spending a few hours at the hotel’s beach. Shay is about a 5 min walk (street side). it does get busy at times / long wait. the hotel provides regular drip coffee machine and ground - if you like decaf or something in particular, you better pack that with you as small packs are about $15-20 at gift shops or the grocery store. we took a taxi (shared minivan) to get to the hotel. no priori reservation needed, just walked out and gave them the name. it was $33 per person. for our flights out, the hotel booked us a taxi and it was $28 per person. i think all places we went to accept credit cards (and even Apple Pay). we only needed cash for taxis and tips - but it’s good to have some cash buffer just in case - bring singles as well for taxis.

sometimes I wished they had a bar! it’s nice to be able to grab a drink when you’re lounging on the beach. although the tap water is potable, it tasted funny, so we had to buy water / or fill up or reusable bottles in the lobby.

Great location and fantastic staff

Location was fantastic. Beach was a few steps away with plenty of loungers and towels. Pool was also superb.

Shower was in the bath with a curtain!! I has expected a walk in shower.

Very, very quiet. Best part of the beach if you like quiet. Quiet pool and very comfortable. Attentive and professional staff. No Bar, no restaurant, no fuss. Good location to walk to what we needed.

I would have liked a full length mirror in my studio.

Spacious, clean, well equipped rooms on a gorgeous beach

Clean spacious room on a beautiful beach with the most amazing staff. Young lady at the front desk was always so kind and helpful. I never did get her name but she is very professional. The life guard always looked out for us.

Highly recommended for couples, families, even lone travellers as safe and friendly location.

Beautifully designed, great location, friendly staff, superb and free transport (free bikes) this is a top place to stay. the pool is clean and cool the pool area well equipped with fluffy towels and the two barbecues easy to use for fresh fish BBQ dinners in the evening.

Relaxing stay at beutiful Le Vele resort

Le Vele was very comfortable. Modern-looking room decor and very clean. Nothing opulent (no hot tubs etc.), but everything you need (spacious, clean, comfortable bed, strong wifi, hot shower). We had a kitchenette (no stove) but we had a fridge and microwave which was sufficient for a short stay in T&C (4 nights). All rooms are beachfront with beautiful, picturesque sunrise and sunset views of the ocean; I loved waking up to this. The hotel amenities include free bike rental, a large infinity pool, east and west gazebo areas with one grill on each side, and a small gym. The hotel grounds are beautiful, well manicured, and quaint and picturesque arcitecture (many stopped to take photos of the hotel from the beach). The walk from room to beachfront takes 2 mins (not much of a walk). The beach is clean and barely had any seaweed. The hotel is located in good proximity from the downtown area, we were able to bike or walk to most places we needed to go. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with all needs. One of them saw us walking to Mr. Gropuer and picked us up in his car to drop us there. They went above and beyond.

Not much. Maybe a hot tub on the facility would have been nice. The beach chairs could be better.

Perfect setting

Great resort located in beautiful Grace Bay, quiet convenient to restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the privacy and quietness not available in large resorts. Friendly helpful staff. Fully equipped mini kitchen and top end furnishings. Would go back to Le Vele in a heartbeat.

Amazing!

Our trip started out with delays on the airline so it took forever to get here. We arrived at Le Vele at 9 pm Wesley ( the manager) was amazing. He upgraded our room from a one bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom suite on ground level! To say the room is beautiful is an understatement. Every member of the Le Vele staff are so kind. They go above an beyond to make sure you feel welcome. Make sure you ask the receptionist for recommendations on yummy local food. The beach is never packed like at the other resorts and that’s exactly what we were looking for. A quiet and peaceful vacation. This trip has been nothing but amazing. If we get the chance to return we will definitely be staying here. Thank you all for being so amazing!

PURE PERFECTION !

The condo was absolutely amazing. The location was great. Clayton, the manager, was the nicest and most attentive and accommodating manager I've ever encountered. His staff was also fabulous. I normally do not repeat destination but I 100% will go back and stay at this same location in the same condo unit!

There was not one thing that could've been better, everything was on point.

Our room was disgusting. Mold in the shower, rust in the refrigerator, floors were not clean, and not a full kitchen and what was in there was broke or super old.

Gorgeous property, intimate, quiet, beautifully manicured and friendly staff. Private beach chairs on the most beautiful beach in the world. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful view, but overpriced for what you get.

Location on Grace Bay is gorgeous. Rooms were clean and very basic. They offered bikes to get around on and you’re within walking distance of several restaurants.

1. Girl that worked the front desk was very lazy and unknowledgeable on the hotel or area. 2. Room for the price $800/nt was very, very basic. Obviously you pay for the view, but the bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. 3. The water pressure was terrible. Really hard to take a shower. 4. Not a huge issue for me, but note that there is no restaurant or mini mart on the property. You’ll want to grab any snacks or drinks at the grocery store.
