Property grounds are beautiful. Besides the welcoming staff and Mr. Happy at pool side, most of the servers at The Deck weren’t very friendly. Overall a great place to stay though.

Staff was fabulous and accommodating. Hotel is central to most things. Right on the beautiful Grace Bay Beach. Can't beat it!

I will give this hotel more than 7 stars, we had the time, the staff was so attentive and willing to go out of their way to make your stay fabulous. everything was more than excellent. Definitely will go back!!we love it !!
