Luogo incantevole dove si ferma il tempo e la mente si riposa. Se hai voglia di una location dove il passato si mescola al presente, il Rifugio del Monaco è la meta che fa per te. Qui ti senti coccolato, accolto perché la padrona di casa non è una semplice host, ma ha il dono prezioso del racconto coinvolgendoti in conversazioni che vanno oltre il "buongiorno cosa vi posso preparare a colazione?". Già la colazione. Che dire? perfetta. Un mix tra dolce, salato, macedonia fresca fatta al momento e l'immancabile caffè fatto con la moca. Per chi ama il caffè come me è come sentirsi a casa. Altro da aggiungere? Si grazie per la meravigliosa accoglienza, tornerò di nuovo a trovarvi!

Beeindruckende historische Unterkunft; sehr freundliche Gastgeberin; bezaubernder und meditativer, mediterraner Garten; ein kleines Juwel mit eigener Kirche mit Fresken aus dem 13. Jahrhundert! Wir waren auf der Durchreise in die Toskana und erfreut über diesen schönen und geschichtsträchtigen Platz.

Ein wunderschönes, kleines, ruhiges Hotel. Die Details sind mit Liebe gestaltet. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und hatten ein tolles Frühstück.

The host was exceptionally welcoming. She told us a lot about the place and Cividale with detailed instructions how to get places. She has created a place that feels home in the room, in the bathroom and in the dining area. Every detail is carefully picked. It is so intricate that for us was like a visit in a museum. It is very, very clean. There are amenities and you will not miss anything. There us safe garden parking. It is quiet. Everyone interested in history, herritage and comfort would be happy to stay there.
