Eveything, the room was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was brilliant, but the owner is fantastic, he welcomes you, he goes above and beyond in every way possible.

Great location really close to the sea front and shops, we parked in the church opposite and all they wanted was a small donation of £5. Per day. Chris the guest house owner is easy to talk to and a nice, knowledgeable chap. Breakfast is top tier.
The only negative thing which didn't bother us but could bother others is fixed breakfast time of 9:00, we went out about 7:00 and came back for breakfast which suited us fine.

The breakfast was absolutely superb, and Chris was a fantastic host, always willing to help with some great local tips. Very comfortable room.
