Our condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condo. It is GROUND FLOOR WALKOUT to the beach with unobstructed views! No messing around with elevators and stairs from higher floors...just walk out the patio door and you are steps to the beach!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The gated community made us feel very safe, which was a huge plus for our family. The house was incredibly well stocked — truly everything we could have needed was there, from kitchen essentials to beach gear like chairs, a wagon, umbrella, and toys for the kids.Another thing we really appreciated was that it felt very kid-friendly and “kid proof.” There weren’t tons of little trinkets and fragile decorations everywhere like you sometimes see in beach houses, which made it so much less stressful with young kids.The washer and dryer were also a huge bonus after beach days (although fair warning: the dryer beep could wake you from the dead ).The location was slightly farther than “5 steps to the beach,” but honestly still about as close as you can get. We especially appreciated the outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and it being so close to the back door made everything super convenient.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay again!

The dunes blocked most of the beach but was ok because the access was PERFECT and to the pool was exceptional. Had some water issues but they did the best the best they could on getting on at nights. Communication could have been better with the situation but the owners made it right. They were extremely kind!
