Perched along a luxurious peninsula jutting into the Long Island Sound, the Obstreperous Octopus sinks its tentacles into the sand and represents the finest in CT WATERFRONT real estate.

Completely renovated, the Octopus boasts 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an open concept chef's kitchen with an expansive wall of glass leading out to a composite deck and endless views. Once outside you can choose to relax on one of three deck spaces or the sandy beach below.
The kitchen is appointed with Bosch appliances, new custom cabinets, a six-burner commercial Wolf range top and quartz counter tops. You can prepare a crustacean feast all while taking in breathtaking views of the Long Island Sound or sit and relax in one of the five bars tools located around a large two-tier island. This kitchen will not disappoint.
For those looking to unwind, the large family room area includes a pair of over-sized Restoration Hardware chairs and a cozy sectional situated around a 65 inch smart TV with sweeping views of the water and coastline. The double width sliders open to provide access to the attached composite deck with cable railings.

We've stayed in a lot of very nice VRBO properties, but this was one of the best. It is as good as or even better than the pictures. A very clean, comfortable, and modern property. Very well kept and decorated. Great kitchen. Open floor plan from the kitchen to the dining room through to the living room and porch. You can see the water views while cooking! I nice porch area, with a deck below, and a private beach below that. In a quiet and friendly neighborhood, with a short drive to restaurants and stores. Also, a great host - had a small issue when we got there and they replied right away and made sure everything was in good shape. This is a place we would be happy to return to.

Beautiful home and setting. Home was fully equipped and all furniture, appliances, etc were clean and modern. Additionally the host was very responsive. A great stay! We will return in the future.

This home is such a welcoming, warm, and beautiful property. It was immaculate and superbly decorated with all kinds of sea and air animals. I was particularly fond of all the octopi spread throughout the house. Tara is such a great host, and we plan on coming back here again in the future.5 STARS for everything!!

This property was awesome. House was in pristine condition and the view is incredible. Lots of outdoor seating. Decor and amenities were amazing. Everything was perfect!
