Easy self-check-in, quick communication, clean room and pretty room, location - food options around plus easy access to the centre.
Not critical, but shower needs an upgrade - due to leaks which you see, the water pressure you receive is lower than it could have been.
If you are taller than 1m70 you will definitely hit your head when entering the shower every now and then.

L'appartamento e la camera erano puliti e molto accessoriati, oltre le mie aspettative. La posizione é buona, perché é una zona tranquilla appena fuori dal centro città, facilmente raggiungibile in tram o con una passeggiata di trenta minuti
Le istruzioni per il checkin non erano semplicissime. Ma alla fine, con un minimo di impegno, si comprende tutto :D per una mezza giornata é mancata l'acqua ma il proprietario é prontamente intervenuto per sistemare il problema.

My room (Winter) was small but really cozy. I was positively surprised to have a fridge and water kettle in my room, and that the washing machine was also a dryer! Using the shared bathroom and kitchen with the other residents worked out well.
There are several tram lines on the street right outside and the Prague tram system can get you everywhere!
I didn't mind the street/train noises you got through an open window, but that might be an issue for people who are more noise sensitive!

The place is clean and cozy. Enough space for two ppl. And the shower is pretty nice.
Personal fridge provided.
With one bathroom and an extra restroom.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. With washing machine and free soap.
With all the necessary cooking equipments.
Very close to the tram station.
Pretty good in general.
Nothing really. Only that the chairs of room autumn are a but too high for the table.
