Nestled in Old Forge, this charming house for $525 per night is a great choice for your next break. Upscale Waterfront Villa 7 minute walk to Town Beautiful views of the lake. Relax on your deck or walk down to the dock and enjoy the lake and sunshine or sit in the glass atrium and enjoy watching boats go by while inside. Take a walk to town and try out some of the wonderful restaurants and shops. Or participate in the many activities the area has to offer. Just across the street is the View Art Center. 1/4 mile walk to Enchanted Forest Water Safari. Please note Swimming and Boating is At Your Own Risk. Please note the waterfront and atrium areas are shared with one other unit but each unit is completely private. This rental has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, and connecting bathroom. Convertible queen size sofa in living room. SmartTV in Living room and MBR. High Speed internet throughout. Full kitchen and laundry with blender, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. Linens and Towels provided up to six guests. The bedrooms have Air Condition and we have a whole house generator. Bring your snowmobile.....trail access across the street! We try to make it to Ledgerock each year, and were grateful to spend some time this past week. This spot is always consistently wonderful; the dock, the atrium, the quiet, as well as the proximity to Old Forge. It never disappoints! Joshua is a wonderful host that is very communicative throughout the process. The space is always clean with most basics that are needed. Looking forward to a return next year.

This house was spotless, very comfortable, had everything we needed and best of all was the beautiful view of the lake. The proximity to the village and McCauley mountain were a plus for us too, since we were traveling with 3 small kids with the older two enjoying some quality ski time. Joshua was so easy to communicate with and made everything run smoothly. Would definitely recommend this place.

This is a great location..close to town and local attractions. The setting is beautiful and the boat traffic is quiet. Great communication flow with immediate response to any questions. Highly recommend this property.

Winter Paradise
We had such a lovely stay at Ledgerock. We were fortunate to get a little snow and see the beauty of the area. The home is amazing and is perfect for both a short or longer getaway from it all. has beautify views over the water (currently frozen) but is also very convenient to town. We did some cooking as well and found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare a large meal. The owner is great at communicating and checking in on us during our stay. I couldn't recommend Ledgerock more.

Joshua and family have always provided such a wonderful stay at this property. It’s clean, located close to town, but allows for privacy and relaxation. The waterfront and views are also a strong selling point. We loved our stay and plan to return next year.

Amazing property location and view
This property just keeps getting better. We have stayed here before for family trips. The owners keep making improvements to the property. This year it was newly painted and new bedroom furniture. We love the location because it is on the water but we can also walk into town very easily. The house itself has everything you could imagine which came in helpful this year because we had many meals at home and they had all of the cooking pots and pans that one would need. The owners are great and very responsive to questions. We look forward to returning again later this summer for a longer stay if more dates become available.

Adirondack Gem Amongst the Rocks
I was looking for both relaxation and an adventure with a girlfriend of mine who enjoys hiking as much as I do. This property gave me exactly what I needed. Peace and quiet along the channel where I could spend mornings from the glass atrium watching the fog lift and then head out for how ever many miles of hiking my legs and lungs were longing for. Perfect, beautiful, comfortable, haven of a home. I can't wait to go back.

We’ve stayed at Ledgerock before, and we were impressed then and the new owners seem to be doing an excellent job with keeping things running as they were when we were there last.
I would recommend Ledgerock to anyone who enjoys close proximity to town, yet far enough so that you can enjoy the wildlife and towering pines, with a picturesque view of the narrows.

The comfort of home away from home
My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is beautifully situated on Old Forge Pond with a spectacular view! It is tucked off the main road (rt 28) and is quiet and secluded enough, but within walking distance into Old Forge. The house is clean with modern conveniences. I was concerned about internet connectivity as I needed to do some work while there, but my concerns were for naught. The house is equipped with high speed internet without any interruptions in service. It is a little challenging finding the entrance to the driveway, especially at night. There are a few landmarks that can help you. Look for the big rock, it will help your know where the driveway gravel is off of the road! I highly recommend this property!

This property is so lovely and the perfect way to relax and unwind. Josh was the perfect host and took care of anything we could have needed. The dock and the patio outside were perfect for morning coffee. This is a gem of a rental and we cannot wait to go back.

Great location close to town. Good size driveway and parking lot for trucks/trailers. House was clean and in good condition and the owner was very easy to work with. Snowmobile trail access right across the street. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and relaxing! We had a mini family fun weekend and so pleased with this rental!
The entire process was smooth. Joshua was very helpful and kept in touch to ensure all was well. My only regret is we didn't have more time in the rental so I could read in the beautiful atrium! However, we were fortunate to have beautiful Fall weather for the weekend.

Lovely home
As previous visitors have said, this is a lovely home, very clean; great location on the Fulton chain of lakes and a short walk to town; owner is very attentive and responsive. Kitchen is well equipped; WiFi worked well with no problems. We very much enjoyed our stay there and exploring the area. We were there in the fall, and our visit was wonderfully peaceful and beautiful.

Absolutely Dreamy
We had the most enjoyable time at Ledgerock and would go again and again. The space was impeccably clean, very spacious for our family of 4, and the perfect location to hit up the town. We had everything we needed in the house and so much available to us outside by the dock too. Joshua was always available to answer any questions (including all of them that were in the messages he sent that I asked again because I forgot 😬) without frustration. This was even more appreciated given the fact that he was in a different country!

Joshua and Sandra offer a beautiful home to enjoy the best of the Adirondacks: an idyllic lakefront, and a short drive to wonderful hikes for all abilities. Even though you are a short walk from town, your residence is very quiet. The home itself is modern and well-kept; the pictures are very accurate. Joshua could not have been more gracious or easier to communicate with, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This property is ideally placed in town for an easy walk to restaurants and entertainment while still managing to feel like a private and secluded getaway as you enjoy the outdoor spaces on the water. Our best Old Forge rental ever
Our stay at Josh's place was truly blissful. The outdoor space is large, with a wonderful dock. The location is perfect--no need to drive to the Enchanted Forest or into town. Yet the waterfront setting is peaceful, with all day sun on the dock, and lots of shade as well. There is even a small beach. We were 3 adults and 2 kids. We brought a couple of airbeds and with 2 full baths, the house was perfect for us. Josh is always on email and responds quickly to questions.
