Located in Boquete, this attractive villa for $187 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Located in the exclusive Valle Escondido Resort Golf and Spa community. This villa is tucked away in a beautiful valley lined with lush forests and crystal clear streams in the village of Boquete. A spacious and luxurious residence for the discerning traveler, the villa has beautiful views of the mountains and golf course. You can take a short stroll to the private full service health spa with facial massage, hair and nail services. Valle Escondido Resort also has fitness machines, steam sauna and indoor pool and hot tub, racquetball and tennis courts. Relax with friends at the café, bar or elegant scenic restaurant sitting by a babbling brook. The tennis & racquetball courts will keep you busy if you are not into golfing. For children, there are a children’s playground and 18-hole mini golf course. When you arrive at the villa, solid-oak doors provide a warm welcome to this wonderful property. There are two terraces for your enjoyment. The upper deck has great views of the golf course, mountains, tennis court and fish pond. The lower deck is surrounded with beautiful flowers and golf course scenery. The three-story interior floor plan has a spacious and open great room feel in the living and dining areas. There is an arched opening into the kitchen over the breakfast and service bar. The three living room sofas provide plenty of seating for entertaining. The bright and cheerful living area has a flat-screen TV & DVD player. The dining room table seats six comfortably. The kitchen is spacious with lots of cabinets and storage space. It has a double-door refrigerator, gas range and grill, and new dishwasher. Most all tableware, dishes, glasses and cookware are new. This includes the pots & pans, electric wine opener, gourmet knife block and spices you will need to prepare your favorite meals. The laundry room has a new full-size washer and dryer to meet all your needs. We provide enough paper and soap products to get you started for a day or two. The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, end tables, two chests, lots of closet and storage space. The windows in this room open onto beautiful golf course and mountain scenery. The en-suite bathroom includes a toilet, double wash basins, glass shower enclosure and a deep luxurious tub. Beautiful tile is installed on both the walls and floors. There is a a second entertainment area in the mezzanine which is set up as a home theater with a 52-inch flat-screen TV and comfortable seating for eight. There are two twin Murphy beds at the back of the media room. A full bath and shower on main level serves these beds. Bring your movies and games. There are two nicely furnished bedrooms with queen-size beds on the lower level. The views from the flower surrounded windows and lower terrace are of golf course and mountains. Another bathroom is shared by these two bedrooms with a toilet, wash basin and walk-in glass shower enclosure. This level also has a terrace described above. Rentals are by the week or month. Five-night reservations are accepted for non-Holiday weeks. Maximum occupants is 7 regardless of age. Please feel free to contact owner.

We loved our time in Boquete. The Villa was beautiful in every way. The home was clean and spacious. The furnishing were comfortable and in excellent condition. The best part about the Villa is the location. It is nestled between the side the of the valley and the golf course. Spectacular views in a great location. Very easy to get to everything Boquete has to offer.

Life in Peaceful Paradise
This villa is exceptional and very well maintained. As I am a remote worker, the internet connectivity did not disappoint. The house is spacious enough for a family of 5 comfortably. The kitchen is very well equipped. The master bed soaking tub and walk in closet is a much needed touch of luxury. Waking up to the view of the mountains and seeing rainbows is something magical from this villa. Also a very nice view of the green. The location is cloe enough to town, so a car is not required. It's a beautiful walk to town. This is truly a special part of the world. Worth every penny! Would stay again in a heart beat.

This is a high end property in a gorgeous development. However, it is managed by an unprofessional real estate management company in a remote location thousands of miles from the property. It took about 20 more emails than necessary to secure the property months in advance of our travel date. (In example, they use AOL as their email service which could not receive attachments they were asking me to return to them.) This was annoying, but what happened next was a nightmare. Two days before we were set to fly 5 sisters and my 92 year old mother from all over the USA to Boquete, Panama, the management company cancelled our reservation, leaving us without accommodations and unable to secure another house for our group. I had to threaten legal action to force the company to honor our lease contract. To which they responded by requiring me to sign an addendum to the contract that disallowed me from holding them responsible for any prior, current OR FUTURE liability for contract performance. Being held hostage, traveling in 24 hrs., I signed whatever they wanted me to, not knowing whether I had the house until we actually arrived. For about 48 hours I thought the whole thing was a sham, since they had double charged my credit card for the price of the rental week.
The house itself was very nice except for poor internet service. We also needed to repair their patio sliding door so we could use it and not leave the property vulnerable. (Their repair person could not be located in a timely manner.) On the tail end of the trip, we were equally unhappy with the check out process in that they chose to charge us for missing hand towels that we did not remove (or even see while there) at the cost of replacing 4 WHOLE sets of overpriced towels. The contract guaranteed return of the deposit within 10 days, which we have still not seen at 2 weeks. As a consumer and a 30 year real estate veteran, trust me, ... NEVER rent a property managed by these people.

Fantastic Villa for stay in Boquete spring 2015
We stayed in this beautiful villa for two weeks in the Spring of 2015 as a family with 3 children and had no previous contact with the owner before this rental. The villa was exactly as advertised, perfectly clean and in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Boquete. The security was very good, and the gate guards, while polite and friendly, looked us over carefully every time we returned. The town is about a 10 minute walk down a paved street. Simone, the owner, arranged for us to purchase guest cards for the hotel spa facilities which included pool and a really nice gym, sauna and locker room. There is a small bar and restaurant at the hotel, which is about a 3 minute walk, and a well maintained golf course is part of the complex. Several restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. Boquete loses power for short periods (~10 minutes) twice a week or so, and similarly, the Internet goes down for short periods occasionally, but that has nothing to do with the Villa. It is recommended that you get an emergency contact number with the rental in case you have a question or need to know where something is, though the Villa is equipped with flashlights and lots of small maintenance stuff like screwdrivers, pliers, spare batteries and flashlights. In short, we had a great time in Boquete, in no small part because our accommodations in this beautiful property were so good. Highly recommended. We will return as soon as we can!
