The hobbit house was really nice, we really enjoyed staying at the castle. The food is really great, the staff was really nice and helpful. We will for sure come back to the castle!
We stayed in one of the Hobbit houses for two nights and overall enjoyed the unique experience. However, there was small thing that could be improved for the type of accommodation where we stayed.
The towels in the accommodation never seemed to dry properly. Due to the humidity inside the house, they remained wet the entire time, which made them unpleasant to use after the first day. Since we were staying for two nights, we asked the staff if the towels could be replaced with dry ones, but unfortunately no one came to change them. We believe that in this type of accommodation, towels should either be changed daily or an alternative solution should be provided. We hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future guests.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the food was truly delicious. The lounge and common areas were pleasant and enjoyable.
Well, there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable — there was no hot water (and sometimes no water at all), no drinking water provided, no air conditioning, no safe, and no proper closet in the room, which made things a bit inconvenient. There were also quite a few insects inside the room. Additionally, there was no sheltered area to leave muddy shoes after walking in the rain — the only option was to keep them inside the room.
Overall, it was an okay stay, but for a rate of over 150 USD per night, the value didn’t quite match the price. With some improvements, this place could be much better.
