The fact that you now have a proper breakfast area. We look forward to trying lunch next time.

There was no milk/sugar on the table. When we asked, it took a long time. Massage was not so great this time.

This was my wife and my first time to Panama and we are so blessed to have chosen to stay in the beautiful district of B

Love the staff (both front desk team and Alex in the kitchen)!! A very close second is the grounds. Beautiful gardens and hats off to the wonderful and attentive gardener!!

The toilets could use updating, but that minor grievance is completely overshadowed by all that is good.

Amazing, relaxing place to stay.

An amazing relaxing place to stay - and get a massage! Nice healthy breakfast you can have outside. If you leave early, they'll give you a box to go. It's about 10-15 minute walk to downtown but I drive there in 3 minutes. Friendly staff and beautiful quiet location.

Nicely located, very clean and lovely design.

The rooms are not soundproof and the sound of the strong winds at night made a lot of noise. not a huge issue overall but bothersome.

I left a personal belonging in the room after checking out...the staff contacted me and were able to ship the package before I left the country! Many Thanks for doing that!

very cozy, the personnel is extremely welcoming and service-oriented, amazing included breakfast and overall nice room amenities.

bed could be more comfortable, AC didn’t work properly. birds are very loud in the morning but that’s beyond their control.

The room and facilities were outstanding. The Gym had a great variety of equipment and everything was in working order. The grounds were very peaceful and relaxing. I enjoyed every minute of my stay there.

Only wish the grounds had been larger and we had a couple more days to stay.

We booked a spacious garden room which had a terrace and a very tranquil private garden area. The breakfast was excellent. Lunch offered a range of healthy options which we liked. The hotel is located a short walk from the centre of Boquete.

We will be back!

Great location! Private and quiet. Beautiful property, well maintained yet close to everything. Staff is incredible. We were spoiled! Very professional yet friendly and engaged. Just superb.

Our room was a bit small but once we adjusted we loved the privacy and parking right outside of the room.

would stay there only if nothing else better available

- availability of pool and jacuzzi - quiet room

- no respect of covid rules from hotel as they allowed another guest in jacuzzi / pool area when the hotel reception had properly booked the time for us but did not implement the restrictions had another hotel guest arrive in area without shower after gym while walking barefoot around ... not implementing hotel hygiene & safety rules ! - limited breakfast , was hoping for more / better - comments from one of the reception staff which was across borderline insulting but which I ignored on the basis of assumption of limited english language knowledge

This is a quiet place that feels very restorative. The breakfast that is included is excellent. Katherine is extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and the shower was hot. I love the smell of the toiletries.

Total relaxing, zen experience and 4 star property in the heart of Boquette!

Beautiful property and accommodations with perfectly manicured and tranquil grounds. Total relaxing, zen experience! Exceptional customer service and staff. Lovely spa with affordable quality spa treatments and facilities. Nice continental breakfast served daily in your room or the gorgeous terrace with lovely views. Great location near town, restaurants, shopping area. It truly is a 4 star hotel experience.

The only constructive improvements I would suggest to management are the following: Please provide self service towels in the pool and steam room area for guests. I had to come to the front desk to ask for towels while i was dripping wet after my swim and had to wait for a staff member to deliver them. The towels provided to guests for the pool/spa should be of higher spa quality. The hot tub could use an upgrade. Also most important, after dark the hotel sign located on the street in front of the property is not lit. It is very dark on that street, no street lights and it is difficult to find the property whether driving back from town or walking back. On the right side of the drive leading to the hotel is an open ditch which someone can drive into by accident or fall into at night if walking back from town. It is dangerous and a liability for the hotel. The sign and this area must be lit at night! It is an accident waiting to happen!

It was beautiful, tranquil, clean and well maintained The staff was friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special. The deep tissue massage was Fantastic!! (Angelica i believe was my therapist) it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Absolutely loved and recommend this place!
