Nestled in Thermopolis, this lovely cabin for $450 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to the Hot Springs Hideout. This open floor plan cabin is located right on the Big Horn River and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cabin has all the comforts of home including a full kitchen equipped with most necessary items for meal prep and is located within Thermopolis so delivery of many foods is also available. A river rental shop is close by if you want to depart from the cabin by kayak, paddle board, tube or boat down the river from the cabin to the hot springs state park, or simply anchor your boat up next to the cabin after a long day of successful fly fishing. The boat ramp is approximately a block away located just across the river via the 8th street bridge. You can grill on the deck or soak in the hot tub at the rivers edge. Dry camping is available 1/4 mile up river along a beautiful stretch of slow deep water with a boat ramp upon request for any additional guests. $10/person/night.

Awesome cabin for a family get together! Perfect house set up. Beautiful river view. Host had extra supplies available that we did not expect. We were there in the winter with snow, can't wait to book again in the summer.

Everything about this stay was nice. I would change one thing, however regarding the mattresses on the queen beds. They were uncomfortable especially for the adults. There were other people's socks in the couch cushions, and the lights in the kitchen were filled with bugs, which didn't bother us, but were unsightly. I would stay there again, but that was our impressions, and it might affect others as far as staying there again. Everything else was wonderful!

This property is a jewel! The "cabin" feel appeals to the guys while the kitchen appeals to the girls. We have been at this property 3 times now and will return again. The fire pit and the hot tub get used every time we are there. We love watching the sunset over the river. We LOVE being dropped off right at the back door after a day of fishing. Everything is so easy and convenient!

This was what's written on a sign over the door leading to the River and a summary of this place. The house is a perfect fishing getaway with a huge driveway. We had 8 guys and a dog, along with 3 drift boats and everyone was comfortable. Dusty was a great host and we hope to come back next year. Thank you Dusty!!!

We enjoyed the Thermopolis cabin for a three night stay. We all loved the hot tub and the river views. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were not huge but worked well, and we liked all the cozy blankets to snuggle up and watch movies. For a family of nine, it was a little tight, but we would totally stay there again. Thanks for the great time!

This property is simply amazing! We were lucky enough to stay when we received a lot of snow. So as fabulous as it would have been to use the deck and hot tub, we got so much snow that the ice on the river and trees made it a winter wonderland to stay. The waterfowl on the river and a few deer, were a lot of fun too watch. There is no where else better to get "snowed in" than Hot Springs Cabin. It was a great excuse to just "chil-lax" for a few days. We will definitely return to enjoy the deck and river during the warmer months ASAP. And as always, Thermopolis is a great place to vacay at.

This was a great stay in a cozy cabin. It's very quiet and private even though it's located in town. The veiw off the back deck of the river was amazing in the winter! We had -34 temperatures but the house stayed toasty and warm. If you are looking to kick back and relax in a rustic atmosphere, this is the place to stay! We loved the town, the State Park, and our home away from home.

Felt like home in this cozy cabin. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and went all out on the grill outside. The view was very calming and the jacuzzi was a big plus. Loved that there was ample parking space for my family. Will definitely consider another stay here next year!

In addition, the house is conveniently located on the river with easy access to the hot springs, local restaurants and nearby boat ramps. Great place to stay for water based activities……

We were a bit daunted at first by the dark interior and the debris on the deck (after a rain) and the soggy cushions out there. But as our eyes adjusted to the (lack of) light, we saw the two very nice bathrooms, ample towels, working dishwasher, three nice bedrooms/work spaces for the writers, the hot tub and the fast-moving waters of the Bighorn RIVER—especially lovely in the early morning with the mist rising from its surface. The beds were comfortable, the stove worked (but not-working light under the microwave), refrigerator ample and had a working ice/water feature. All in all, it became a cozy retreat for us, back from the main road and providing the bonus of a good hot tub.

We loved this little cabin on the Big Horn River…it had absolutely everything we needed, including things we may have needed for our dogs which was a wonderful. Dusty was a perfect host with great recommendations, we definitely recommend this place and we will back again!
