自宅にいるような感じで、3歳の子どもも快適に過ごせました。ホストもとてもフレンドリーな方でした！
特にないです。
眠りが浅い人は、電車の音が気になるかもしれません。

群馬の実家へ帰省で利用しました。マンションの一室で鍵はオート。1回のお部屋でしたが数段階段があるので重いキャリーは持ち上げないとなので、ちょと注意が必要。といっても数段です。玄関の壁にcall No.が書かれているので電話をするとオーナーさんが降りてきてくれました。
そこで丁寧な説明を受けました。新幹線の音がうるさいですよや、朝食は付きませんのでコンビニやスーパーで買えますや、私（オーナー）は何時までいますなど、丁寧な説明があったので安心して泊まることができました。丁寧な説明で騒音もさほど気にならず。
なんといってもペットと一緒に泊まれた事。
小型犬１匹につき1500円です。2匹連れて行きました。
駐車場代は400円。フロントはないのでこれらの追加料金を退出時にお部屋に置いておくシステムでした。近くにコンビニ、スーパーがあるので不自由しなかったです。
食べ物を買って行ったので食事用ナイフがあって切り分けに助かった。キッチンバサミあるといいなと思った。
