Great place and awesome location

Seagrass Inn is ran by a husband and wife and they were the nicest and friendly people ever. They were very helpful and always smiling and always said hello when they walked by (those little things matter)

Would've been nice if there was a microwave

The location was great, swimming pool was very nice, and staff is very accommodating. Room was on the small side for the price. Toilet seat was loose & falling off the toilet. One night was on the cool side but there were no blankets, only sheets. But for the most part, a nice place to stay.

We truly loved and enjoyed our experience at Sea Grass Inn and will come again!

The location was awesome! We were able to walk to every place we wanted to, including the beach, restaurants, gift shops, the pier, and more! Our room was perfect to lay down and relax when necessary, get ready to go out, and of course, sleep. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We noticed a couple of things that could’ve been cleaned better, but it didn’t bother us at all!

Would not recommend!!

Extremely small room. The light and fan in bathroom were on 1 switch the fan was so loud it was terrible we went to office to tell them owner said he knew that they remodeled last year couldn’t find a fan to fit in that opening!!!! So you keep renting that room??? How about putting in a new fan having a professional install. I booked this room in March not last minute.

Amazing as always!

We always enjoy our stay here. Owners are exceptionally friendly are there for what we you need whenever you need it. The hotel is clean and cute outdoor space with pool. across the street from the beach.

It was fine, unfortunately Old Orchard Beach was not like I remember it to be from 45 years ago.

On the main drag. Close enough to shops, food and attractions.

Tile floors felt sandy, no microwave and no local channels, only what was available on Roku.

it was walking distance to everything; shopping amusments restaurants and of course the beach just a hop skip and jump Peter and Lisa were very helpful with suggestions on where to eat

No cooking equipment, not even a microwave. Very small rooms. Single serve coffee pot.

Liked getting away from it as fast as possible

Not sure what happened still felt like a well oiled scam. Booked at $300 a night based on pics that made it seem like an upscale place and lots of favorable but obviously planted reviews that lauded place and owners. Lots of reviews saying how sweet and caring owner Lisa was! HAHAHA! Hope you dont ever have to find out for yourself. When we tried to talk to her about being dumbfounded about the situation she rudely and heatedly kept saying “ youre not getting any of the money back” that we paid and then kept asking if we were still staying or leaving no doubt so she could get our key back and try to book the next sucker. Realizing this we left and dropped the key in a mailbox down the street so she couldnt. Place should be investigated

Owners were exceptionally friendly and offered great advice to shopping local stores. Great location and very short walking distance to the beach.
