Very good host, very helpful.
Please note that the spiral staircase is extremely narrow. The bedroom and bathroom are on the parking level, the kitchen area is downstairs (via the spiral staircase, though there is an external route, where you go up, then come down via the garden). Might be a bit of a challenge for less able-bodied guests, or if you’re taking a cuppa up to the bedroom area. Jacuzzi is shared with the other apartment, not an issue, just an FYI. Parking is 10€, paid on site (as explained in the booking.com description), but as I’d imagine the majority of guests would arrive by car, maybe consider either absorbing the cost, or include it in the booking price.

Excellent location for both watching this ancient town live and breathe and for getting to all the fascinating sites just a short walk from the garden gate.
I could only stay for a couple of nights!
